this was the worst place we've ever stayed in in Bavaria. The rudest poc I've ever encountered in a hotel. Not sure if she was the owner or just somebody with on a power trip. When we reserved the room, I send in a message, letting them know that my husband was disabled and that we would be bringing his service dog. I received an automated reply about fees and such and that the dog was not allowed in the breakfast area. When I send another message about the dog, I never even received a reply. I have never paid for our service dog and he was always allowed wherever we went, including the breakfast area, especially since my husband needs his dog. So we couldn't go to breakfast our entire stay. They claim it is a hygiene thing, but apparently are not that worried about cleaning 'cause they're still using the whole Corona thing for not cleaning every day, meanwhile everybody knows, it's laziness and it's their way of saving money and not having too do it / pay someone too do it. Same with the front desk, more than half the day there was nobody there. And when she was there, she didn't even have the courtesy of saying hello, maybe because we're Americans. The beds were totally uncomfortable, the heater in the bathroom worked, but the one in the main room didn't really and with the big window the room was freezing at night. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty , no tea or coffee in the room, not sure what the water cooker was there for . They had a coffee machine in the lobby, but again, too cheap too offer free coffee to their guest, like most other hotels, but instead charged 3.50 for a small cup, so it's also one of the cheapest, greediest places we've ever stayed in. There are so many places in and around the area. So with all the other choices I recommend you look somewhere else, unless you like to be treated horribly.

The room was amazing, we both said Wow when we walked in. The view was exactly like the photos. The room was spotlessly clean and also much bigger than the standard European hotel room. There was a coffee machine and drinks available via an honesty system. Car parking was free but one occasion we needed to use the carpark in the restaurant across the road, also free when we put the hotel business card on the car dashboard. We weren't able to use the breakfast, as we started early each day and it didnt open till 7:30, but we could see it was well presented in a lovely downstairs room.

Great location, close to the lake with views of the mountains. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The addition of a balcony was lovely and a small kitchenette to make a drink was a nice touch.

Having mosquito blinds on the windows would be fabulous but to be honest this is being picky. Everything was great.

We absolutely loved this place outside of Fussen, it was one of our favourite places we stayed at because it was just so peaceful and away from the holiday hustle and bustle. We had a rental car, parking was plentiful, the nearby lake is so beautiful and the mountains in the distance were great. We would have loved to stay even longer as it really gave us some wind down time and to take in the surrounds.

Nice room. Reasonably near cafes and restaurants.

Noisy traffic on the road right next to the hotel. Booked for bed and breakfast but much later had an email from the hotel stating that breakfast was not included and I would need to pay 15 euros per person extra for breakfast.

This has got to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room we had offered the most breathtaking views from the balcony. The room it self was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The shower was simple to use and a very good size. Parking at front of hotel was limited but we felt perfectly safe with our car parked along the side hedge. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of very fresh produce. The location, although up a slight steep hill was ideal with a nice British pub/ restaurant 150metres away. Then the lakeside walk at the bottom of the hill 200metres. Only wish we could have stopped longer
