Overall, everything was good. The location is very close to Neuschwanstein Castle, and the town itself is very pleasant. There are cafés and shops nearby, all within walking distance, which we really liked.

As for recommendations: the rooms do not have larger tables, which was a noticeable downside. A refrigerator would also be useful, even a shared one. On Sunday mornings, nothing is open, so a coffee machine would have been very convenient and, in general, a great addition to the accommodation. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The price–quality ratio is good. There is no on-site staff, so it is difficult to provide a rating in that regard.

Its like a mini house away from home. With kitchen and a small living room. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Right at the heart of old town of Füssen. Very accesible to all.

A taller dining table because I need to bend a bit in the dining table front of the kitchen. Maybe a bit taller dining table with chair makes it a perfect room for me.

Couldn't be more in the heart of things!

The room was spacious and clean. It was very centrally located, right in the centre of town. We had read some bad reviews, so we're pleasantly surprised.

The room wasn't well equipped with kitchen items, but we didn't need them anyway, so wasn't a problem.

It was normal but if the management addressed the issues it’s the perfect place to stay

The property was very clean, and the furniture was new.

The washroom shower was leaking, and the electric kettle wasn’t working. I tried to contact the management, but unfortunately, there was no response. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi available, and the kitchen lacked basic crockery not even glasses were provided. I had requested two single beds, and they confirmed this at the time of booking, but upon arrival, they did not provide them.

La posizione a due passi dal centro di Fussen e con comodi parcheggi nelle vicinanze. La dimensione della stanza e l'arredamento moderno.

La cucina era sprovvista di qualsiasi cosa. La camera non è insonorizzata benissimo, si sentono i rumori delle camere vicine. Arrivare alla camera non è agevolissimo, devi fare una rampa di scale, uscire in un corridoio all'aperto e rientrare in un altra struttura. Il soggiorno è stato però piacevole.

Das Bad ist gefährlich. Es befindet sich mittend drin eine Stufe die Ton in Ton ist. Bin fast 2 mal gefallen. Billigste Badarmaturen. Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeit. 30l Boiler Warmwasser. Bei einer Person ok. Haare vom Vorgänger noch auf dem Badezimmerboden... Rauchmelder nicht vorhanden... Treppenhaus sehr verdreckt.

Kein Personal vor Ort, alles via Telefon/Mail. Gebucht hatten wir ein Familienzimmer mit 1 großen Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Bekommen haben wir 1 normales Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett. Das Fam.zimmer war trotz unserer Buchung und Zahlung bereits belegt. Hier stimmt offensichtlich die Offerte nicht mit der Leistung überein, was auch schon andere Reisende bemängelt haben. Zugang zu den Zimmern über ein stinkenden und schäbiges Treppenhaus. Nicht genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Extrem billigwertige Möblierung al'a Möbeldiscount. Matratzen ok, Bettwäsche/Handtücher sauber. Es steht zwar ein Wasserkocher da, aber keine Tasse/Becher. Für Durchreisende, für 1 Nacht ok, mehr nicht. Preis von 80 Euro/Nacht wäre ok, wenn man das bekommen würde, was man gebucht hat.

Gerne wieder

Das Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet. Sauber und ordentlich. Wasserkocher, verschiedene Teesorten ect. auf dem Zimmer standen zur Verfügung. Zwei große Fenster mit Vorhängen zum zu ziehen. Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Sessel. Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Das Bett war eigentlich für zwei Personen. Ich habe wunderbar darin geschlafen. Sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer sah sehr neu aus. Alles schön gemacht. Saubere Handtücher lagen bereit. Vom Zimmer aus sah man in einen Hinterhof. Was mich aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Es war sehr ruhig und ich konnte gut schlafen. Es hat mich auch nicht gestört, dass im Zimmer kein TV vorhanden war. Die gute Lage im Zentrum ist ein weiterer Vorteil. Gerne wieder!

Es war kein Personal vorhanden, kein TV, kein WLAN, wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht . Zwei Emails wurden als nicht zustellbar zurückgeschickt. Das Doppelbett war zu schmal und trotz Renovierung blätterte die Farbe von den Wänden.

Temos 5 lances de escada, depois desce 1 lance, caminha sobre telado e chega no quarto . O quarto não tem lençol, a janela não tem blackout , a localização é sobre os bares do centro( muito barulho ) e sem ar condicionado, a porta box não abre integral por causa do boiler e só tem uma saboneteira para banho, lavabo e pia .

Posizione ottima nel centro di Fussen, con accesso sia dall’area pedonale che dalla via retrostante. Appartamenti grandi, puliti, dotati di cucina e biancheria da bagno. La mattina per colazione non ci sono tanti bar aperti presto a Fussen, ma c’è un forno che apre alle 8.00 e che fa anche colazioni.
