Comfortable stay at a wonderful location. Would return anytime.

Location was perfect and was really clean and tidy. Communication was perfect, despite language barriers. Well handled.

The shower cabin was a bit tiny and the room could use a table and a reading lamp. But these are just minor things.

It was clean and the location was good.

Ridiculously overpriced. 10-12 sqm room, shower with 60cm side lengths. In any normal location this would be a 50 - 75 EUR room, here it's 150 EUR (on a good day).

We were two families that stopped here for one night. The location is perfect, and the rooms were spacious, and beds very comfortable.

NOT a problem for us, but if you come two parties as we did it's good to know that you may end up with rooms in different buildings approximately 2-3 min apart.

The sky light was left open before we arrived, it had rained that day and bedding was wet. The cleaner came in one morning at 8am without knocking and the following morning was knocking on the door at 9am. Aircon would’ve been nice but the fan was fine.

Good location but no good facilities

The location of the hotel very convenient - right behind the Main Street with very close proximity to cafes, museums and the train/bus station if you are going to the castles in the area by bus.

It was quite small, very hot with only one window on the attic, which couldn’t be opened fully and you couldn’t really leave it over night in case it rained. There was a portable air conditioner in the room which was very noisy and didn’t work for cooling the temperature. The bathroom was clean but the shower didn’t have enough hot water and the pressure wasn’t enough for a normal shower.

Communication woth staff is very poor. I wasnt even told how to get in when hotel door is closed. In 2 days I saw a receptionist only on my first day when i checked in.

Well located and clean. The heating was good also and well appreciated due to the cold weather. Parking available 2 steps away from the hotel. We were given a better room than the one booked

No elevator. Parking garage nearly impossible to enter or exit. We scraped the rims of our tires on curbs it was so narrow with a curve.

I have paid for breakfast but didn't get it because of low attendance. In the room there was only roofwindow which was hard to open and close. I didn't get the invoice (after paying) automatically, I had to ask for it two times.
