Pleasurable stay

I like the space, how clean the room is, the location and breakfast. The bathroom is big, I love it! Would definitely book here again when im going with a group in Neuschwanstein area.

The movable shower head keeps falling, but it wasn't really a big deal since we could hang it by the rail.

Clean comfortable hotel In fabulous location near train station, didn’t have breakfast but looked great. Hotel in old town, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Fussen is beautiful, wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights.

AN EXCELLENT STAY IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION

The hotel was in the centre of Fussen, across the road from the main street. It had good parking. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable. A simply excellent stay for the Christmas market.

Exceed expectation

Location, right in front of train station. Lift out of order, so we got upgraded for better room. Hotel provide free transport card to Castle. Good breakfast.

Loved Fussen.

Lovely base for our trip to Neuschwanstein castle. We extended our stay for an extra day so we could enjoy more of Fussen.

We had intended to continue our journey to Innsbruck and then Salzburg, however, we were told we could not get a direct train from Fussen to Innsbruck. Later, a waiter in a restaurant, told us that if we took a taxi to Reutte station we could’ve got a direct train to Innsbruck. Too late for us, as we had booked train tickets back to Munich.

The beds were comfortable. Copious hot water. There was good air conditioning. Very good location. Easy access to car parking. Sound proof. Good breakfast.

There was an odd odor in the hallway to our room. It would have been nice if the second door to the adjoining room would have worked with the key.

This was a comfortable stay in a great location

The location and the view from our room were amazing and parking for our motorbike out the back was great. The room was spacious and quiet

The bed was a bit hard and you could feel the springs - it could have used a mattress topper. The large shower head had several rubber nozzles missing from the holes on one side so there were big heavy drips of water from one side of the shower head, while the rest of the water flow was normal

Awesome location.

The staff were friendly their location was excellent right next to the train station and in the center of town walked to everything. Our room was very spacious with a lounge and Netflix on the TV in the bedroom

Our only complaint was too small pillows on the bed and the room was a little cold when we arrived it took a while to heat up with the stone floors The breakfast was ok nothing special

Recommended place to stay

The room is clean and surprisingly the bathroom is large. They provide city pass which can be used for public transport for free, you can also get discount price for all museums and castles. The location right in front of the train station. The staff is very helpful and they also provide discount on their souvenir shop

Perfect central location. On-site allocated parking spaces. Very pleasant staff.

Perhaps just our allocated room, but had a budget hotel feel. Broken glass light fitting directly over the bed. Beds put up against combination wall light switches/ sockets installed at waist height, so moving in bed turned on lights by accident. Shower cubicle needed a good deep clean.
