I liked it...

I received a single room. Overall it was good and cozy. with sofa, window in the room and another one in the toilet. Breakfast was delicious. Fried cryspy becon was tasty. Dinner was served in the hotel I enjoyed it too. Cream soup, white wine were nice. The location was green, close to city center, train station, waterfall. the ladscape from the breackfast room was the snowcovered heights of the mountains and a lot of greenery.

I received a room without balcony and kettle. Not cleaned enough. My tovel was visually not fresh but it was not changed becouse it was not on the floor...

A nice hotel but the staff made me feel unpleasant.

Decent and cozy hotel, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Facility are new, clean and well maintained.

The hot water was out when I was taking the shower in the evening. No staff could be reached in the evening at the front desk, and nobody answered the phone call. I had to bath in cold water when the weather was around 13 degree Celsius. Breakfast is good but the short haired lady (hotel staff) is a bit of cold faced and very rude.

A relaxing stay in a park-like environment!

I liked that the property was about 1 mile from the train station within easy walking distance to the station and the old town but in a quiet part of the city near a beautiful park.

Well located hotel that’s better than its rating

A nice leisurely walk from the town, lovely clean rooms with a great balcony. Super breakfast and friendly staff. Nice outdoor area to have a drink. My motorcycle was parked safely.

Great Experience

This hotel was great. I arrived after hours, and they left my keys with detailed instructions in the key box. The location was great. There were beautiful views at night and very close to Neuschwanstein Castle. The room size was great for a bigger family.

A gorgeous, quiet setting to enjoy all that Fussen has to offer.

A little bit of a walk from the train station and town center, but worth it as it’s a gorgeous setting and very quiet. Staff was excellent! I’d stay stay here again for sure.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the rooms are extremely comfortable… It feels like a home from home! And the setting is stunning. Thank you for a wonderful few days!

The rooms were spotless and very large. The property offered a nice breakfast, although a little expensive.

The beds, being memory foam, were very hot. We slept with the windows open and still woke up sweaty.

Rent a bike at this restorative hotel.

A relaxing gem on a quiet street, with a pretty pond and willow tree. The breakfast is giant, the dinner comes with salad buffet. Classy place with large room, plenty of storage. I rented one of their excellent bicycles and took a tour of the flat bike trails around Füssen to the lakes and castles.

I really enjoyed my one night here. It's just outside of historic Fussen with a traffic free easy walk into town. The staff were great, everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I ate at the restaurant in the evening and there were interesting choices, and most things were well cooked and presented. Living in Italy I had missed good coffee, and this was the best coffee that I had all the time I was in Germany. It is roasted locally, and you can buy a packet at reception. Breakfast had a good range.

It is rather picky to criticise the restaurant for the evening meal as most of what was presented was of a good standard, but the fish main course that I choose was completely tasteless. It was also the most expensive meal that I had during my stay in Germany, Whilst I didn't travel with my dog on this occasion I did ask if they accepted dogs and they do, at the extortionate price of €15 per day!
