The room was neat and tidy, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very good, a shelf for guest's toiletries would be useful.
Although we booked for three to the room, the towels, mugs, glasses etc were only set for two. Was rectified once we reported it to reception

Lovely bar area. Nice big hotel very clean
We had a superior room overlooking entrance and both mornings very early there was a lot of noise from lorries or people talking outside

Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Shower was nice. Nice tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were very lucky our room had a door to open out in the morning to leave in more air
Some of the staff were a bit slow to help. Service was also on the slow side
