Highly recommend

Fantastic location - easy walking distance to the centre of Killarney and Killarney House. Very friendly and professional staff who clearly enjoy working there. Lovely building with lots of comfortable and cosy public areas (lobby, lounge, restaurant and bar). Amazing breakfast with a cold buffet and cooked to order hot dishes. Our bedroom was spacious, tastefully decorated with modern facilities and a view of the National Park.

The location is perfect with it being situated just outside the city centre but only a 10 minute stroll away,the lady at the reception desk was very nice and made us feel welcome,the restaurant was very cosy and the staff went above and beyond to attend to or needs and as for the food it was top notch

The only fault I could fing was the shower was only like warm

It’s a very nice hotel in a good location with good parking

There was no internet in my room, which seemed acceptable to the staff and seemed like a regular occurrence. I was travelling for work so I was impacted by this.

great bed very comfy lights and switches were very handy for turning the light off in bed liked being able to open a window for fresh air good value for the region and handy for the INEC temperature of room was perfect good breakfast-good selection and coffee was nice room had iron, tea and instant coffee and a good hairdryer

I would have liked a shower cap, especially when the shower head is fixed to the wall-this was very inconvenient as hair gets wet when you don't mean to wash it

Great stay for a Killarney visit, walking distance into town.

This was one of our favorite stays for our 2 1/5-week Irish road trip. Great location, beautiful room with an excellent bed. The bathroom was wonderful large and spacious. The hotel was withing walking distance into town which was wonderful to park after a long day of seeing the sights and being able to walk to the pubs, shops, etc. The coffee service in the room was wonderful.

While the bathroom is large and beautiful be careful as it's all marble and slippery. The bathroom lighting is also dim and challenging for ladies. The restaurant was just OK, warm rustic decor and great drinks, but the food was a 2-3/5. I would recommend eating in town instead.

When i booked, most of the decision was based on the leisure and spa facilities on site. Two days before departure i got a message saying that all leisure and spa facilities were no longer available. I nearly cancelled, but the free cancellation had passed, so the timing of the notification of what must have been a planned decision was very disappointing.

Close to Killarney city centre and mini supermarkets across the road. Very lovely room with a view of the mountains. Beautiful comfy bed. Very welcoming receptionist.

The one staff member walked right past me when I came into the restaurant and didn’t return until a good few minutes. I was starving! So I was waiting at the bar but Boone else was there. I think he was under a bit of pressure. He also got my order wrong, but that was sorted straight away. The best fish chowder, worth waiting for and he did apologise profusely.

The hotel is in a good location, a 10-minute walk into town. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were very good. I would love to come back! Highly recommended!
