Staff are very friendly, linens are brilliant white, towels are fluffy and everything was very cleanly. The real handmade soap company toiletries gave the real Irish nod and were very much appreciated. Rooms are compact but perfect for a short trip, the only slight downside is the rooms do look dated so there is a disconnect between what you seen from the glass and tiled floor reception to slightly stepping back in time to the 90s/00s decor of the rooms themselves but I imagine they would appeal more to the older generation. Just lightening the colour interiors and stripping back those chunky older furniture pieces would be a huge upgrade to the space. Otherwise it was a perfect spot for an overnight stay.

The location is ideal based in the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The food is excellent and the service was so professional. We had stayed here in the past and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Killarney.
