You wont find better than The Ross

Have stayed in the Ross numerous times and again was not disappointed. I mentioned when booking it was out 3rd anniversary and they went above and beyond ! Surprised us with an upgrade to a junior suite, dessert plate in the bedroom and a personalised card . We were so thrilled . Also had delicious cocktails and meal in the restaurant . CANNOT recommend The Ross more !! Also location is perfect in the middle of Kilarney !!

Great little boutique hotel, funky, modern, so helpful in making our short trip memorable. All the staff were welcoming, informative and friendly. Rooms were large airy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Free parking. Good value for money compared to other hotels on our Irish trip.

Everything! I would give it a 20 out of 10! Every, and I mean every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooms were of generous size. (Got an upgrade and didn't even request!)Breakfast was fantastic as well as restaurants for evening meals. Location was walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was immaculate throughout and the decor 💕

Nice dining room. The service was good. There were good options. I'm Gluten Free and was well catered for. The food was tasty and fresh. There was a nice touch with the bakery basket that came around with fresh bakes. (I couldn't have any due to gluten but it was still a nice touch and they did have gluten free bread for me) The cocktail bar and Polly's Bar were lovely.

Breakfast was table service so a bit slower than usual. This was fine on our second morning but we were in a hurry on the first morning and didn't realise. Also no residents bar just a small area at reception, not a big deal but we fancied a night cap.

Lovely location in centre of town, super comfy room and friendly staff.

Friendly staff, super comfy beds, spotless room, plenty of space in room and bathroom.

No kettle in the room, had to use coffee machine for hot water but as husband had just had coffee it took forever to run enough water through so the water wasn't coffee flavoured. Then no milk in rooms, had to call reception for milk which took 10 minutes by which time my cup of tea was cold. Such a little thing but I just wanted a cuppa after our long drive and at the price paid for room don't think that's too much to ask!

Boutique in every sense of the word

The Ross was our last night after hiking the Kerry Way. Clean, plush, quirky interior. Our room looked out on the stately St. Mary’s Church. Friendly staff, personable. Just around the corner from the bustle of Main Street and the meditative Kerry House & Gardens. Tasty (full Irish) breakfast.

The Ross is a very convenient place to stay in Killarney with great accommodations and staff.

The location of The Ross was perfect for us. We had arranged day trips from Killarney to Dingle and The Ring of Kerry, pickups for these trips was very easy. It was also nice to be in easy walk distance of the town center.

Really no issues at all for us. I would easily recommend The Ross to anyone else visiting Killarney.
