The perfect spot !!

This place is a slice of heaven. The staff are all so lovely the woman ( I think the owner ) that checked us in was so helpful and accomodating with all our questions. We had such a bad experience in Galway and when we got here it just made everything better. It’s so quiet but also right in town it’s honestly the perfect spot. The Irish breakfast is such a nice treat and something a lot of places don’t offer anymore I would 1000% stay here again . The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean and one of the biggest rooms we had on our trip .

The over powering smell of bleach as you walk in the room, And not being asked if we wanted housekeeping (I’m not a fan of having people in my room when my personal belongings are in there and I’m not)

Great base to hit the Ring of Kerry in the morning

Prime location in Killarney, free parking. Friendly helpful staff, decent breakfast available. The area is pretty quiet and serene. Clean and maintained. Pretty comfortable for one night.

The building itself is quite dated. Toilet mechanism needs replacing. The cistern filling took about an hour or so, driving me nuts with the sound of teeny tiny water stream. The flush itself was quite weak as well. The shower was cramped and claustrophobic but there's no way to improve it with the amount of bathroom space. The turn to the facility from the main road is a dangerous concealed entrance. Take care to use the mirror!

Wonderfully central location but very quiet with a lovely garden. Perfect starting point for discovering Killarney and hiking. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is great and the personal very helpful and kind.

Comfy room, lovely hosts

Location: A short walk to shops, restaurants and the train station. A good, filling breakfast to start your day! My bed was nice and comfy and I slept well on both nights, although I would've liked a slightly larger room but maybe it was just because I had a large bag 😅. Also: Lovely owners who were really helpful and even packed a sandwich and some fruit for me when I had to leave early on the day I checked out. Thanks so much!

Can't think of anything, really. Though I'd like to suggest a wee table fan for summer 😁

Wonderful stay in Killarney

This was a great find. The manager and staff were all lovely, and very helpful offering recommendations for visits and places to eat. So nice to have a served breakfast! Location is ideal, right by the city centre and Ross Castle can be reached on foot if you enjoy a beautiful country walk.

It‘s very close to the city center so you can leave your car in their free parking lot and walk downtown within minutes. The staff were really nice.

Nothing was perfect

Everything!! Loved the chalet type rooms that you entered without going through the building. Tho some rooms inside building. I was hiking Carrauntoohil and they kept my sarnies in their fridge overnight for me plus kept different milk id brought for me too to use on brekkies and in my coffee. Food beautiful. Hosts so friendly and very accommodating. Location perfect. 20 mins away from mountain and 5 min walk from Killarney Town centre. We will be back.

Excellent and quiet location in Killarney with ample parking. Just a 5 minute walk into town. Breakfast was very good and the owners and staff were very friendly and polite.
