The hotel was in the centre of the town where you could walk everywhere. The staff was lovely.
We did not have breakfast during our stay. The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and warm and comfortable.
More parking is a must. We spent nearly 1 hour driving around killarney before we eventually got one. More channels on the tv would be nice.

This is a beautiful hotel serving fabulous food withing walking distance of the town and the INEC .

We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at the Killarney Avenue. The staff were so accommodating & friendly and went out of their way to mark our anniversary. I would highly recommend.

Very limited parking no water in the morning staff were no help when I told them about water no compensation either for it not even breakfast

Had 2 nights booked, but had to leave after one night and reception had no problem giving us a voucher for a stay in the future, no questions asked, absolutely brilliant hotel, and reception staff are the best we ever came across, will be back very soon
