Room was clean and comfortable, a little small but it was fine. We had burgers which were very average, they tasted like frozen burgers but in the oven, very disappointing. There was also no where to make tea or coffee in your room or a fridge to cool your drinks or food. It was fine but I expected more from a 4 star hotel

Room was spotless and the hotel is in an amazing location central to the bars and high street - we had a problem with the heating in our room but the issue was resolved quickly. Breakfast in the hotel was nice and the staff helpful and friendly - will visit again

Parking is not close to hotel. About a 10 min walk. There is no way to pull car up and unload bags. So don’t book this hotel if you can’t get your luggage down very bumpy sidewalk for ten min walk. Hotel walls are so thin you hear snoring of neighboring rooms and everyone walking down hallways. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, but they can’t improve these noise and parking problems.

Not a bad experience. Staff was great, hotel lobby and room were clean. There is shopping, coffee, and food right next door. Property is close to several other restaurants and attractions in the area that you can walk to. The only problem is that everything is very old. I felt like I was staying at the hotel in the movie the shining. Rooms and bathrooms are straight from the 1970’s. Like I said, not a bad experience but everything does need to be renovated.

While I was only here for one night , it was an excellent stay. The reception welcome was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally large for a European hotel and well appointed. This was our worse stay in Ireland. The staff was stuffy and curt. The room wasnt very clean. Room was hot and we couldnt keep window open as a street light blared through window. No waters were in the room. I had to go to front desk in the middle of night to get water since we were blazing. Halways smelt terrible. I wouldn't have complained but upon check out I was accidentally booked 2 nights, we checked out on time for a 1 night. Expedia called to get a refund on the extra night like the front desk told me to do. The management refused due to a 48 hour cancelation policy, but we booked the room the same day how could we cancel any sooner? The hotel was full and we checked out with plenty of time for them to sell the rooms that night. Crooks! The only bright spot was the restaurant attached which had good food.

Wonderful establishment! Well located, but Killarney is an extremely walkable city. Jaunting cars right outside your door and great food served in both their pub/dining room and breakfast lounge. Spotless, comfortable, nice sized room (we stayed in a twin). We recommend!

Wonderful location. The room was small and did not have a/c, but they do provide a fan and the window could be opened. With the cool temperatures in Killarney, we were quite comfortable. I read reviews that the walls were paper thin, but we never heard a peep. Lovely breakfast each morning. All in all, we were very pleased.

Room was ok. Would have appreciated if water was available in the room. The shower leaked quite badly. We paid for a welcome plate of treats to be left in the room for arrival. This was forgotten. The receptionist apologised and made sure I wasn’t charged. It was a missed opportunity to offer an alternative gesture to make our stay special. There is no dedicated parking here, we used the public car Park around the corner.

The hotel was clean and charming with very accommodating staff and really good food. The room was spacious and we had everything we need. A working window is sometimes helpful when you get too warm. This hotel is in a great location for walking to many sites and transportation to and from is easy.
