After reading a few reviews I was worried the room was going to be cold this time of year but the room was perfect. Was extremely toasty.
Bed was very comfortable and the location is perfect. Staff let me check in a few hours early too with no issue at all. Overall it really couldn't be better especially for that price! Would very much recommend for anyone who doesn't want to pay hundreds for a hotel
Shower head not great but water was perfectly hot all the same and it did work.

Location
Coldest room iv ever been in. Dated mouldy tiny shower but couldn’t use it as it was too cold to undress . Windows don’t close properly . Went into bed wearing a wolly jumper and boot socks . The bed did have an electric blanket that was the only plus . Using the toilet was an effort it was so cold

Very central location, comfortable bed and very clean. Staff were very kind and friendly and we had an enjoyable stay, plus we loved the pub.
Wifi code should be left in the room and it was quite noisy on the street late at night and in the morning so no chance of a lie in.

Great location in the middle of Killarney
Bit noisy in the morning due to barrels being delivered, but it’s a pub so to be expected

No welcome from the 2 males of members of staff in pub of arrival & this business has no interest in rooms. Room was cold & view was horrible. Dirty bathroom needs a complete refurbishment overpriced accommodation.
NO KETTLE TEA/COFFEE IN ROOM FALSE ADVERTISING

Accomodation was in a very central area, everything within walking distance
Being above a couple of pubs it was a little noisy on Saturday night but really that's my only complaint.

Location is key
Please remember you are staying in a pub so it will be noisy this does not bother me - however after reading reviews I was aware
Very clean but
Dated - could do with some revamping

Comfortable bed, and double glazing to keep out the considerable street noise below
No electric fan available for use in the summer. No replies to messages sent through booking.com. But these are minor issues.

It was great! Location was perfect, very central. Super cool type of accommodations. Boise down below but when you but the windows it cuts out the noise significantly.

Very cute accommodation with it's own street access, so no need to go through the pub to get to it. Very nice little communal lounge, which was nice as it means you don't need to sit on your bet to have a cup of tea or read a book - nice touch
Just remember, this accommodation is attached to the Pub, so it's not the Ritz, but I really liked it.

Great spot, in the middle of it all! Noisy but to be expected for location! Rooms good, beds comfy, shower great water pressure!

The location was great, near the bus drop off spot and close to shopping and other restaurants. A small room, but it had all of the basic necessities. Despite being next to the bar, it wasn’t that noisy.
The sink is incredibly small. The owner also sent me a message that I could drop my bag off in the morning but when I went there, there was nobody there. So I had to use a shop that is affiliated with bounce for luggage storage near tourist information place.

People complaining of "no breakfast" there is cereal and fruit in a little room, people complaining of noise - had no issue and stayed on a Friday night.
Room is clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, great location.. parking is paid, with a car park nearby (10 euro for the day)
Toilet pipes have a water hammer issue and if you use bathroom the pipes are very loud.......

Please avoid this place false advertising. No breakfast or food sold at this place . 2 nights, dingy room , family dog barking all night outside our bedroom window see picture.. . No coffee tea making facilities, very old fashioned. Had ask for a kettle for tea , hairdryer on wall broken and not safe was given a filthy kettle to make tea .... rip off avoid

The staff was kind and the room tidy. However, the pressure in the shower was nearly not existing, and although the name of the place is a B&B, you'll get a bed but no breakfast. Nevertheless, it's a good place to stay in Killarney as it's right in the centre.

A nice traditional place to crash in for a couple of days. The place is old in a nice way, since it's gives both the rooms and the pub a traditional and lively atmosphere. That said, do not expect a 5-start hotel experience: simple rooms, with a simple bathroom. The location is also very nice, in the center of the town allowing for easy access on foot to most amenities. Nearby is also located a convenient public parking, which is free during the night.
Sound insulation in the rooms is not the best and, while it gives a lovely feel, some areas of the rooms and the common parts are a bit old and might need some adjustments or replacement. The check-in experience is also a bit confusing, since you have to go inside the pub and try to get the bartender's attention away from serving beers.

Location and parking access, clean.
Hot water ran out after one shower (for 3 of us) and water pressure was weak. The website stated tea and coffee facilities, but there was none. Wifi not accessible in the room, had to sit on the stairs outside the room. Very noisy with live music from the pubs behind.

The convenience of the bar was quite nice and the bartender, Jim, was phenomenal! He gave us great recommendations, remembered our drink orders, and was generally the highlight of Charlie Foleys. The bar’s atmosphere was cozy and very well decorated. We played cards each night of our stay and had fun meeting new friends. The location is simply perfect, centrally located so everything is a short walk away. Even the parking lot was very close by, with free overnight parking.
Thought we generally loved our stay, there were some small stains on both the comforter and the towels. We also assumed the bed and breakfast (or even the bar) would serve food, but this wasn’t the case. The bartender told us where to get food after 9pm and that we could bring it back to the bar, but we still felt a bit disappointed.
