Enjoyed my brief stay overall. Excellent location. All the staff I met were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was small but a perfect size for a single room, very clean and everything was in order. Lovely powerful hot shower. Very comfortable bed and the air con was great to keep cool during the night. Nice breakfast.
The room was facing out front onto the street. I could see the street lights through the curtains at night and then the early brightness woke me also. Also, closing the window made no difference to the noise from the street. Understandable there would be some noise at night in a town centre property but I wasn't expecting the street cleaning on a Sunday morning and so this was frustrating on top of the light. Blackout lining and something to help block the noise would be beneficial to the room I stayed in and I assume all front facing rooms.

Gorgeous property in the very centre. Parking on site. Comfortably old fashioned. Traditional if you’re tryptophan get away from modern corporate Food was excellent The staff are fabulous
