It was lovely,all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was so warm beds very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely shower.

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the interior lovely but really it was the staff that made this stay 10/10, so so friendly, warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help and be nice, we really appreciated it and I will definitely rebook

Cozy and charming.

Friendly, clean, comfy areas to hang out. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

As with everything in Ireland there’s no where to park close unless you get lucky.

A beautiful elegant historic hotel where we had a good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast.

This is a beautiful old historic hotel that has been updated. The gal at the front desk, Michelle??, was warm, friendly and had excellent customer service skills. She held our bags in the morning before we could check in since we had an early tour and helped us out with our luggage the next afternoon. She was lovely and helpful. I did hear her on the phone telling someone that only the superior rooms have AC. I was super glad we had booked a king room because we had AC! The tub was the most comfortable I've ever taken a bath in and I have a LOT of experience in this area. I love a nightly bath! Breakfast was delicious and there were several options plus everything on the continental buffet.

We didn't love the room key. It was a large leather key holder with a skeleton key. Very historic but not fun to carry around.

Location central. Quiet

I felt it was a bit overpriced for the lack of room deluxe feature you would expect for that price. Eg. Complementary drinking Water in the room , biscuits to go with coffee/tea, and facecloths. Towels were thin. Furniture layout in the room was not really user friendly. No place for our case in a large room was odd.

Perfect place for family of four adults to experience Killarney.

We really enjoyed the Arbutus hotel, with its lovely lobby and connected pub.

We had two rooms. My adults sons had the double queen, which was much more spacious and I wished my husband and I had that room instead of our less-inviting king room.

. Everything the holiness of the place tge staff noting to much trouble had irish coffee after 1130 very nice too good music and good atmosphere look forward to returning bar staff young and old excellent and quick good food served as well good fir sport as well and room spacious lovely bed v comfortable .look forward to going back in autumn

Killarney..a beautiful town!

The hotel is beautiful! Spacious, inviting and great staff! We were greeted warmly at check in by Ina, who was also very helpful giving us info about getting around in Killarney. Also, James, another member of the staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed There were 3 of us ladies. We each had a bed. Bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast downstairs was lovely and delicious. The Buckley bar attached is very nice. Enjoyed the Irish music while we ate and had drinks. Very good location--near train and bus stations.

Cannot think of a thing I didn't like.

A new find, a family run hotel

The location was perfect, close enough to the center of attraction to be convenient, but perfectly quiet at night. The staff on the front line is all family and or people who have been working there for years, close to thirty years, which tells a story in and of itself.

Location was perfect, it was in the center of the main street. Parking was located in the back, it was quite affordable. The room was clean, tea aand coffee making facilities available in the room and the staff were friendly and helpful :)

Lovely old hotel with lots of character. We travelled by train so the location was absolutely perfect; in the centre of the town and a very short walk to the station. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely and bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was nice, the staff were lovely. The location was great. The food was good

I liked the location. It was very central. There was a car park out the back of the hotel and you can enter here through the bar and get to reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and warm. A kettle, a hairdryer and a TV were provided so I was happy with this. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had plenty choices.

The shower is in the bath so that may not suit everyone. just check maybe if you’re not safe to have a shower this way.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. Lovely comfy beds and quiet room. Perfect location. Public car park accessible from back entrance of hotel. Loved the bar, full of locals, great craic, sound barman, tasty roast of the day.

Didn't want to dislike anything, however the WiFi was very poor on the top floor, many TV channels didn't work, and the breakfast was poor
