Lovely from start to finish.

Very pleasant staff on check in and out and night porter. Very warm bedroom maybe a little too warm but rather that then too cold. Lovely comfy bed and beautiful hot shower. Wud most definitely book here again.

I can’t say I didn’t like anything, my partner left the room to go for a pint when I was getting ready to go down town and he stated it wasn’t much of a bar but I can’t say much more then 2nd hand information

From a very warm welcome at reception to my room been extremely comfortable and spacious. My stay at brook Lodge was exceptional. I found the staff overall very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean and in an excellent location. I will most certainly be staying here again.

Very nice hotel, with a perfect location and staff

Perfect location, close to the center of town, but far enough not to have any noise. It's a 5 minute walk. Our room, Garden Suite, had a door onto the garden, which our dog loved. Staff were very friendly.

A 4 star hotel should have a Nespresso machine in the room, and far better and faster internet. An EV charger would alspo be very handy to have.

Such a cute hotel! The location was great, the Staff was friendly and the room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good and the kettle provided in the room was clean—which is rare! Parking on premises was another plus.

The hotel isn't in keeping with its 4 star rating.It is over priced and over rated.Very disappointin

The breakfast was very average for a 4 star hotel.The hotel is very well located, close to the town and quiet.

We booked a double room and were directed to a room with two very small beds. We were moved to a king-size room then which unfortunately had an unpleasant odour.The toilet pedestal could have done with a clean also. The bed was uncomfortable and we slept poorly.

A true gem in a perfect location in a wonderful town!

Excellent hotel all around. The front desk and breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating. We especially loved Peter, the heart and soul of our evenings here. How wonderful to feel we’ve made a friend in Peter, who made us feel at home. He was a special part of our Ireland experience. The breakfast was delicious and so convenient. The walk to town was less than 5 minutes, and we appreciated being a little off the beaten path because the streets of Killarney fill up with music and life in the evenings! We stayed in two rooms during our stay and both were excellent! Clean, comfortable, and charming. We would highly recommend this hotel and all its wonderful staff members. We hope to stay with you again!

We booked the garden suite and it was lovely . Room was super clean , quite big as it’s a suite and the bed was very comfortable . It’s in a great location just off the Main Street and provides guest parking which is great .

Amazing stay

Beautiful hotel with comfy beds and spacious rooms. Staff were soooo friendly and accommodating. Location is also perfect, 2 mins from town but away from the noise and traffic. Can't wait to come back.

Killarney Convenient with parking.

Central location in Killarney, onsite parking that is very convenient. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Lilu was beyond helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a really big family suite which we did not really need, it would be fantastic for a family and especially if you are in the area for several days 😀

The shower could be cleaner, especially the window sills for the shower. The toilet connection looked like it was coming apart. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a great location. It is only a short walking distance from the town centre but in a very quiet area. It is beautifully decorated and the staff are lovely. There was a nice choice for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect 👌

Breakfast options were just what we like and the server Gráinne was very professional and good fun. Best of all for us was the wheel chair access in the bedroom, the bathroom and throughout the hotel. This made our stay so much more comfortable than the average hotel. Thank you.
