Lovely B&B

The owners are welcoming, knowledgeable, and great when it came to looking after my sister-in-law's gluten-free diet at breakfast. It was a quick walk into town and easy to get into the national park which is very close by. Highly recommend.

Lovely country charm and fantastic location

The hotel had a lovely country charm and was in a great location within walking distance to the town (about 5 minutes). Breakfast was great - cooked to order. Free on-site parking was also good. The host (Declan) was extremely helpful and friendly, providing advice on the best times to visit certain places, how to get there etc.

Perfect B&B with the nicest host!

Great location, close to the town center but still a quiet house. There is a private parking place for the guests. The rooms are very clean. The house has a wonderful cozy typical Irish B&B vibe. Breakfast is very nice and plenty. The owner is the perfect host, not just with attending every need regarding your accomodation but also with providing every information and help you would need to visit everything in Killarney and in the neighbourhood.

Friendly staff, great location and delicious brekkie

The location is excellent its so close to the town of killarney and only a few minutes walk but also not in the hustle and bustle of the town that it's quiet. The location was ideal and will have me returning. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. We met a lovely lady at breakfast on Saturday morning wish I got her name to mention her especially as she was so friendly and another lovely man today originally from my home County Cork. We would return

The Ashville house was very clean, perfect location, wonderful breakfast, and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Our windows were open when we arrived and did not close all the way so a fly got inside the room…but it may have been due to our lack of knowledge of how to work the window lol. I’m sure they would have helped us if we asked but it was so minor!

Amazing host and location! Super close to centre of town … comfy, spacious and very clean rooms … great info given to us on arrival. Breakfast was amazing the next morning! Definitely recommend to stay here!!

Great place to stay.

Very good location for the short walk to the main high street. Room was a good size with everything you need and nice bathroom with shower over bath. Our room was at the rear of the building overlooking the car park so we could keep an eye on the bikes. Breakfast included and was excellent.
