    Room was spacious and in good lication. Nearby is the Tourist Information Centre which were very helpful. Parking was easy once it was expkained. Goid idwa to aim for Beach Rd carpark to start with and checkin with hotel - they can then explain parking area.

    We were extremely disappointed with our stay due to the ongoing renovation work taking place on our floor. From early in the morning, we were repeatedly woken up by loud noises, workers talking loudly outside our room, and constant banging and drilling coming from nearby rooms being renovated. It made it impossible to relax or get proper rest. What was most frustrating was that we were not informed in advance that refurbishment work would be happening directly around our room. Had we known, we would have chosen another hotel or at least requested a quieter area, The hotel staff were polite, but the noise levels and lack of consideration during the renovations were unacceptable. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again unless all renovation work had been completed.
