Really nice stay

Cold , noisy & uncomfortable

Bedroom window hinges seized and didn’t close properly which made our room very noisy and cold! Bed uncomfortably!One person behind the bar was of no help to me when I needed something done but the manager helped me out in the end after he refused to help at first but I wasn’t letting it go so he gave in and helped with what I wanted to get done! Thank you for helping me!

Nice hotel , rooms a little dated and quite warm which makes it hard to sleep

Good size bathroom with great shower. Rooms are pretty nice too.

The receptionist wasn't very welcoming on arrival. Not friendly. This isn't the best person to have front of house. The room was too warm, we had to sleep with the window open and the fan on all night. Service in the bar is very hit and miss we had food there one night and the service was slow, not that professional either. The pub didnt seem to be run properly.

Great value for money. Lovely clean room, great facilities in the room. Noticed some great value options for further trips and will be booking again.

Parking was a littel limited, as we travelled seperately we needed 2 car spaces. Alternative parking spaces could be outlined, i.e. where we could park if there was no space. We got lucky with space after a while.

Not very nice

The room was very cold and when my mom went to the reception to asked can the heating be turned up she receptionist said she would send the maintenance guy up and that never happened my mom went to bed with her jumper on it was so cold , also the hair dryer went on fire in her hair she also reported this and she wasn’t even asked was she okay again no maintenance guy came to check anything out , I myself was very upset as this was a Christmas present to my parents

Enjoyed my return stay at Killarney Court Hotel. The Bar Food is delicious served by friendly courteous staff. Variety of bedrooms with some upgraded allocated on occasion. Basic room on this visit!. rooms.. Guest Parking on site. Convenient location within walking distance to Killarney town centre and good access to all major routes.

Lovely staff and the room and bathroom were spotless.

The room was very warm, of course I understand that most people would love that in winter but we found it stifling! Easy resolve, turned down the radiator and opened the window.

Clean

Room was cold and old fashioned. Very nosey during the night. Staff rang during the week to confirm the booking, then again on the day, advised we’d be there in about 90mins. Then arrived to check in and they were nearly suprised that we arrived.

Central and comfortable hotel

Very close to the centre about a 15-minute walk or a 5 minute drive so it was very central.Beds and pillows were very comfortable and you couldn't hear any coming from the road outside .Staff were very kind, and let us check in early as well.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no big light in the centre of the room, just 2 lamps.

Having stayed there previously and being quite disappointed I was very pleasantly surprised by the room we were given, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, pleasant staff

We had carvery on the day we were checking out, it was only average and a member of our party could not order a half portion resulting in a waste of food.
