Nice room, bathroom but underwhelming food

Having stayed there previously and being quite disappointed I was very pleasantly surprised by the room we were given, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, pleasant staff

We had carvery on the day we were checking out, it was only average and a member of our party could not order a half portion resulting in a waste of food.

Convenient and friendly stay convenient to Ring of Kerry and Skellig.

Very convenient if you plan to drive the Ring of Kerry. Also a short drive away from other nature walks.

Short walk to town centre, comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Staff at reception were extremely passive and not welcoming or helpful, socket above desk and hairdryer didn’t work. Towels were stained

The rooms were large, spacious and clean

Disappointed that the restaurant was 'in the style of', but not an authentic pub with live music and dancing as I was expecting, which is why I booked. Maybe my misinterpretation of the photos.

Horrible, poor nights sleep, superior double room- sub standard.

The room was cramped hot and stuffy, Room had not been aired out. Window opened half an inch in 25/26 degrees of heat and it was evident room had not been used and freshly aired in a while. Stifling heat and smelly.

It was very nice and great value. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I did not catch her name but she had quite a few nice tattoos!

The only real thing was the bar closed very early and since it is a 15min walk from town we just went to bed. Iirc last call was at 11.10. I would expect a hotel to be open a bit later. On saying that, I would definitely stay again

Staff were new and didn't know how to remove program the key which stopped working, Left sitting waiting unable to access my room for over 10 minutes at 10am, No water available in the rooms, and no where to purchase (vending machine was broken) Rooms were noisy and unable to adjust air-conditioning which meant room was e trembly warm all night
