Hotel was decent for a short stay

Breakfast was good and the room decent

Room was uncomfortably hot even with the radiator off- window barely opened, 3 inches max, which made no difference

I would not stay here again.

The walls were paper thin. There was a playroom located down from our room. There were families making lots of noise from early in the morning. Food was very mediocre and we had cocktails in the bar which were not nice at all.

Great hotel tonstay in..

Great hotel. Wifi good. Room and facilities good, nice shower, bed is comfortable and got a good nights sleep. Very quiet hotel considering how busy it was with guests. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food in bar and restaurant nice with a good selection on the menu. 2 course menuin restaurant €30 per person, great value for the high standard of food and service. . Breakfast was nice on both mornings, everything well stocked, fresh and hot. Plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel, shop across the road. Great to have access to the leisure centre - swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room etc. Definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was slightly colder than normal, we stayed during winter opening hours (Fridayto Sunday), arrived on a Friday night, heating didn't come on until 9ish that night. Once the heating was on room heated up nicely.

What a lovely start to Christmas

Food was lovely, room was cosy and modern, not too warm, staff very friendly. Music in bar later in evening was a lovely added extra. Amazing Christmas decorations

Soft play area timings weren't ideal but staff were extremely accommodating and opened this to suit my nieces which made their day. Would class this hotel very family friendly.

Overall unpleasant feel - low ceilings, corridors painted in grey, old. Location near busy street and need to drive to spend time in nature - not relaxing feel.

Hotel nice, clean, staff excellent and friendly. The food was excellent as well, was the pool and lesuire centre. The hotel is a nice 10-minute walk to the town centre. The hotel has ev chargers with more powerful chargers over the road.

Unbelievably child friendly, so much so that we’d booked it two weeks ago the night before a children’s gig in Killarney and again this weekend for two nights for our anniversary with the children in toe because of how family oriented it is… Arcade, bouncy castle, soft play, secure kids club, swimming pool, gym Bedroom Suite with adjoining kids room, dinette, kitchenette… Have never seen a hotel with so many facilities for children… Couldn’t recommend it enough

Two times at breakfast our table was cleared while we were up getting more. It definitely annoyed me! Not a problem. But maybe do something to say hey we are still here eating. Your beautiful breakfast.

This was an incredible night away for our family!

We loved the two bedroom suite. The space was perfect. The kids were so happy to have their own beds and we were happy to not have them in our room! :) (Also, your TVs are huge!) The breakfast spread was also incredible!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place in Killarney, perfect if you want to stop a night like us. The hotel is new and modern, with an internal spa. The room is big and clean. Dinner and breakfast were good (especially the second one). I recommend it!

You have to take the car to go to the center, but the place is perfect if you are planning an on the road tour of Ireland.

Great value for money and wonderful facilities for children

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff were very friendly throughout. Our room was a suite and had a very well laid out kitchen area and a living area, the room was very impressive for the price, clean and comfortable and both TV's fully equipped with Netflix and Disney. The swimming pool has a toddler section fenced off which we found very convenient and meant a relaxing stay in the pool. The breakfast was very tasty, a great selection of hot and cold items, good quality tasty sausages (always my benchmark for a good breakfast!). Overall the hotel is great value for money compared to others in Killarney.

The hotel seems to be attached to an IPAS centre (or similar) and so on arriving there were lots of people hanging around the carpark, and so our first impression was poor. As the hotel is quite large and only spread over 2 floors, there is a long walk from reception to the far end of the hotel (where our room was), with kids and inevitable forgetting of various items and having to return to our room, this was a bit of a pain.

Disappointing

Staff very welcoming & friendly on arrival & during our stay, especially staff in the playroom for kids entertainment/activities. Fantastic facilities & entertainment for kids.

Room was a little bit disappointing for 2 adults & 2 kids, very small, blood stains??on carpet. Dinner was lovely but waited 20 mins for someone to take our order not ideal trying to entertain a 1 & 3 year old. Breakfast was pretty expensive at 17.50 per person for someone who isn't a big Breakfast person & would just be happy with cereal, I understand its an all you can eat buffet and worth the money for anyone that would like to go back up for 2nds if not 3rds even! Overall we were happy as our kids were happy with the activities etc, softplay area & swimming pool.

Ate twice in the hotel. The pizza was inedible so I gave it back. I was offered to have something else but I declined. Lovely staff member. I was charged for the pizza even though it was given back. I’m not a fussy eater.
