The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Went above and beyond to help. The bed in the suite was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The smell in the hotel was fabulous
Breakfast was nice would have been nicer with a bigger fry up but overall was lovely. Also if there was facilities for dinner that would have been great but the sandwich and pizzas were delicious

The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. Great showers with good pressure and hot water! Great location for everything we wanted to do here in Killarney. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delightful as well. Really happy we came across this place. Stayed for three nights. Beautifully decorated and lovely sitting rooms. Great little bar! Loved it here and would recommend it highly!
