Perfectly located spot in town for easy access to pubs, food and shopping.

Location was perfectly situated in the middle of the action. But just off the main street so it wasn't too loud at night. Breakfast was amazing & the staff were so welcoming. Parking was easy to access right across the street!

The fan in the bathroom is on a sensor, but the sensor timing isn't set to a long enough time, so the fan keeps stopping and starting with motion when you're in the bathroom. I mean, honestly it didn't bother me enough to care, but was a bit annoying.

Great location. Five minute walk to the train station! Staff was marvelous. Norita prepared a fabulous breakfast, freshly baked bread and delicious coffee!

Great Accommodation in a great location

The room was everything I needed. Good size bedroom and bathroom, amazingly comfortable bed and pillows, tea and coffee facilities and serviced during my 4 nights. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety and delicious. Kathleen (hope name is correct) helped in the dining area and was a real treasure The location was very central to shopping, restaurants and bars. It was only a short walk to bus and train stops and tour pick up points.

A lovely holiday which was highlighted by the staff, the superb breakfasts and the location.

The staff were all very helpful,friendly and full of Irish charm. The breakfasts were excellent and the location in the middle of Killarney was perfect. The owners were exceedingly helpful in pre-planning our holiday in Ireland and provided us with information about visits in the area. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back to Kerry.

Our bedroom was a little smaller than we expected and we thought that there would be a Residents lounge area (from the received information)to use in inclement weather however the staff did leave the restaurant area open during the day should we want to sit in easy chairs to read or relax. The cleaning of our room was a bit erratic but it did not spoil the overall experience.

Great location, comfy room and brilliant breakfast service.

The room was lovely…very clean, well appointed and such a comfortable bed. The breakfast service was exceptional! Chef Norita is not only a wonderful cook but her daily banter and recommendations were the highlight.

It’s a bit noisy being above a bar, but thankfully the bar is not open all night. My room overlooked the alleyway which was a bit noisy at night too.

The location is in City Centre. It is s great pub and not loud at night except the street, although good windows. The staff are exception from welcoming to greeting at the pub and terrific breakfast. Very well organized team!

Fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Dan Linehans for bikefest. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The location of the B&B is great right in the centre of killarney town with all amenities nearby. Would definitely recommend.

cozy small room in Kilarney city center, great staff, and if you’re visiting also for a good round of Irish craic, then you’ll love the bar downstairs, too! totall worth it! and the cherry on top, amazing Irish breakfast and they also have a loyalty program! i’ve never seen any other hotel that does that! Thumbs up for being so great!

We loved the freshly made breakfast, the comfortable bed and great shower. Location was excellent. Rooms are a tad small but perfect for what we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lovely lady who cooked our breakfast. Great service all around

Great location.

Ryan greeted us and helped with our bags. Noretta cooked us the best breakfast everyday and always gave us the most welcoming Good Morning. Rooms are cozy - clean and right in the center of town. We stopped at the pub every night for our glass of water. Many thanks for a great stay.

There was nothing to dislike except prehaps a lot of elderly or people with arthritis might find the stairs a bit daunting It didnt impact with our stay
