Fantastic staff all round.so helpfull and well tuned in to their jobs.this hotel has everything you need for you're stay and very central to everything in killarney breakfast is buffet style lots to choose from to suite everyone we had dinner here one night it was very nice. Overall stay was brilliant.thanks to all for our stay

Our only small dislike was the bed was not very comfortable extremely hard that's only small thing. We would definitely stay again as it was very enjoyable experience.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The choices for breakfast were great, something to suit everyone. Ideal location close to Train station and shopping.

Great stay in a very well located hotel

The location was superb, right in the centre of town. Staff were all polite and friendly. We made use of the leisure centre which was clean and well kept. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the cooked Irish breakfast was particularly good.

Hotel is a little ‘tired’ looking. Decor needs modernising. Very stingy on bathroom products provided. I asked for some hair conditioner and was pointed to the nearest shop! Although Hotel rated 4 star. Swimming pool area needs upgrading too. Only body wash available - no shampoo etc in the pool showers.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Killarney. Charming hotel with lots of character and history. No parking on site but a large public lot across the street which was easy and not expensive. The rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning! We experienced warm weather and most places offer fans but no ac. Great pub/restaurant on site with live music. In a lively area with restaurants, pubs, shopping and street music. No noise was heard in the rooms. It's a great place to stay!

It didn't bother us but those that need to avoid steps may be challenged. They may have rooms that don't involve stairs. Paid parking but not expensive. You had to pay at the kiosk and do so each day.

Excellent location with Killarney town on the door step with a good atmosphere. On arrival we had an issue with a room but the Hotel Manager dealt with this in a friendly prompt professional manner. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was very good with plenty of choice. Friendly staff.

Staff at breakfast not so friendly. ( it was assumed that we were part of a group, which was not the case and we were forced to share our table with other guests). Saturday night music was very loud and could be heard in our room even this was on the third floor. Not really value for money
