The location was excellent. I loved the fact that we could come in and exit the front of the building or the back of the building. We could be on two main streets in seconds. There was usually a taxi sitting near the front doors for us to use if needed. Killarney is so walkable, that we rarely used the taxi, but it was nice when we did.
The hotel is beautiful. Bring your swimsuit and take advantage of the beautiful indoor pool! The location is excellent. There is a great pub attached just next door so meals are easy. You can walk to Killarney National park so easily. I would choose this hotel again!!

Location was great - within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. The reception staff was awesome.
I was really looking forward to the pool and whirlpool, as the pictures made it look outstanding. Pictures are deceiving! This is a community gym / fitness center. The weight / workout room is tiny and filled with locals. The pool is a lap pool (also filled with locals) & the whirlpool is nothing but a cold jetted overflow area from the main lap pool (IT IS NOT HEATED - NOT A HOT TUB!)

Wow, just amazing- can’t wait to go back.
Where do I start… we stayed for four nights and this has to be one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in defo in my top 5 and I have stayed in some very nice hotels. The bed was Sooooo comfy, which was nice for a change. It was super quite as off peak but we didn’t mind and know that in peak times it might for been different. But for anyone staying in Jan, it’s a must! Rooms were so tidy and clean, cleaning staff couldn’t do enough for you. We were given a robe and slippers so we could wear it down to the pool, sauna and steam room (which we did) Breakfast was amazing, their omelettes were soooo good! 😊. Note though a lot of restaurants were closed for the season but there was still plenty of places to eat. The list in endless I could write so much. We defo will be back again!
I couldn’t really fault it, the only think would be to maybe have a fridge in the room and the TV was very small in comparison to the room, but to be fair we only turned it on once, as we were out and about all day
