The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great for the National Park. However, security could be better. I stayed in room 240 and two males knocked on my door at 2.30am looking for their friend who was staying next door. They then came back 9 minutes later. It was then I noticed there wasn't any sort of security camera in the corridors. I would stay again but that incident ruined my nights sleep on the second night.

Right in the centre of town, walking distance to everything, plenty of things to do and the national park was just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

Can tell the bathroom toilet hasn't been scrubbed well in a while, can see black mold under rim. Walk to train station is at least 15 minutes. Good location to bars and shops. Older hotel spread over multiple buildings so it's a bit like a maze to get through, lots of up and down small flights of stairs.

Greeting staff were not helpful in regards to finding parking. The facility is not suited for anyone with mobility problems despite having elevators. We had booked a king size bed room but bed was the size of an American double bed. They did move us to a larger room after I got no sleep the first night..The location is very noisy due to being right downtown and the partying of multiple bars close by interfered with sleep as well. They do have a very nice bar/restaurant with live music every night . Breakfast was included and very nice

A nice hotel over a pub. As I wished for a quiet room, I got one on the 3rd floor to the back. One day, I made an excursion and had to get up early, I wanted an alarm call. The woman at the reception said: "Okay, we'll call you." But on the next morning, there was no alarm call at all! I was happy that I had set additionally my own little alarm.

Fantastic location, but unfortunately, our room had no air conditioning so we had the windows open and we were on a very busy street and we’re up at 5 AM with the trash collectors the workers and street sweepers. The staff was very kind and pleasant.

The hotel is rundown and outdated. Our room was facing the parking lot, and the noise at night was unbearable. There's no air conditioner, and if you open the window, you can forget about sleeping until 3-4 AM.

The best staff of all the Ireland hotels (I've stayed in a different place every day for over a week so far). Ger went above and beyond. Hard to find people like him, and Amy and Deborah at the desk were great too (not just very pretty faces! ;) ). I got woken up in the middle of the night by the guest next door or it would have been an excellent stay. I only paid 2e to park in the lot next door, so not a big deal
