It made us feel welcome and special and left feeling so refreshed
As soon as arrived at the hotel we were greeted by Ryan who was so helpful and accommodated our request and went above and beyond, the hotel was so Grande around the reception area. The room/bathroom exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect in Killarney. We had a lovely meal in the Tan Yard Restaurant food was delicious and friendly staff. The pool/spa area was so relaxing and gym was great as only me in the gym. Unfortunately we did not get to try the breakfast but will next time. Also another shout out to David in reception who was very helpful and obliging. The staff here are so courteous and friendly - really are an asset to this hotel and made our stay really enjoyable - definately will be returning back to this hotel this year as made our trip exceptional
Everything was perfect - I hired a car and had no problems parking, is a bit small but there are 2 floors I am aware of, but no issues getting a space.
