Perfect room, perfect location.

Easy and very pleasant book in. Lovely warm room (it was a bitterly cold day) which was beautifully decorated. Beautiful bathroom, spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water and towels plus shampoos and soap. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows (with a nice flat one which is my preference). Kettle with a decent selection of coffee and teas with sugar and sweetners and plenty of milk (thats always appreciated). Nice big TV with just enough channels. Plenty of plug sockets conveniently sited which included USB points. Although it was a front room there was no noise and the curtains were good and heavy and blacked out any light. Plenty of parking space even though i was driving a large van. To finnish off a very pleasant stay I arrived back at the Hotel very late and the night porter didnt leave me waiting to get in and was extremely helpful.

Wonderful stay

Ideal location as very near to the town centre 👌 very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast menu very simple how lovely food and great service. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely return again (no bar)

Breakfast was good. WiFi was good. Location to town was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Good parking available. No stairs to climb or carry suitcases up. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and welcoming

We would not stay here again. Overpriced

Close to the town centre. Warm and welcoming atmosphere at the entrance. Modern bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The room was cold and noisy during the night. Doors were being slammed often & we could hear the conversations of others. Our breakfast was very poor and we were served mouldy bread.

A lovely small hotel with comfortable rooms on the edge of town, walk into the centre in 3 minutes

The photos do not do justice to the lovely room I stayed in. It has been redecorated and it was a lovely, comfortable room with a much bigger tv that the photos online. A lovely surprise ! The lady at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

A nice stay .

Almost everything .

The staff at the breakfast for the first two nights could not understand that I want my toast and tea at the end of my breakfast . Also there was one staff at the reception who gave me 100 euros less . When pointed out , she feigned as if this was a mistake . went down to the reception and came back with my missing 100 euros . The only time during my two weeks trip in Ireland when an attempt to cheat was made.

Good value for money in Killarney

Got a room with a nice view towards the mountains and garden. Good breakfast included, served between 08-09.45. Nice bed, kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Close to city senter, train station, and also a walking distanse to Gleneagle arena, Ross castle and Muckross Abbey.

Excellent location, as it is barely a 2 minute walk into the centre of Killarney! But far enough away from the main street that you don't get all the noise from the bars etc.

A very pleasant place to stay.

The property is very well located with easy walking access to the city. Parking was plentiful. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and a good size ensuite with heated towel rail. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely accommodation close to the city centre, pubs/ restaurants. On-site parking and a delicious breakfast. Room was large and modern, gardens were nice. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Killarney is a nice, charming town.

The staff, particularly the woman who checked us in was great. The hotel was in a good location about 10 minutes or less from town and it was easy to get there. The castle was close and there were parks and walking areas very close by. The bed was on the small side because we are used to a king size bed and it was a double I believe. Staff was great about letting us sleep all day when we got sick and they left us clean towels outside of the room. Breakfast was included I believe but it was unclear. It was a very nice place. It just was older and so it was noisier and not as large as other places.

A nice comfortable place to stay. Expensive but cheaper than other options in July.

Castle lodge is a short distance from the centre of Killarney. There is space for parking at the front of the property though this got full at night so dont be late. Room was comfortable and spacious though the bathroom and shower were quite small. Shower was effective and hot. Staff were friendly and my cooked breakfast was very tasty and hot.

Traffic gets quite busy on the road outside the hotel restricting easy access and exit. Not a problem later in the evening so shoudl be quiet at night. No AC.

Perfect location and beautiful accommodation

Great location. Beautifully renovated. Fabulous pizza shop across the road. Can buy wine next door. Clean. We got a free upgrade on the day which was a nice surprise. Some staff are friendly, others are very awkward.

When we went to the dining room for breakfast (extra cost), the staff were quite awkward and not warm. When in bed one morning, the staff walked in on us while we were sleeping, and they never acknowledged it which was also quite awkward.
