We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were highly professional and maintained an excellent standard of service throughout our visit. One of our favorite features was the cozy lounge area with a fireplace and relaxing background music. Combined with the many interesting paintings on the walls, it created a warm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a long day

We were allocated a room in the Randles Townhouse. I would not recommend this particular venue to anyone unfortunately. It’s out of the way, has no restaurant or much else with limited parking and really disturbing lighting controls

What's not to like! The Randles is an amazing place. We stayed in one of the new townhouse rooms. It was beautifully furnished, including a lovely fireplace and mini fridge, even air conditioning! Private parking and great location. My ONLY complaint was the lighting in the bathroom was not quite sufficient for doing makeup and (for my husband) shaving. Reception desk...JUSTIN...is the BEST! Such a pleasure to meet him, very helpful, great sense of humor, still remaining professional. He was a joy to meet. Miss him already! Food was awesome, wait staff friendly, great people all around. If we ever get back to Killarney, we will definitely stay there again! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

The Randles is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and overall just really classy. Justin at the front desk was amazing. Alan our server did a great job as well. A++

A really beautiful property. Room was pretty nice and bathroom was luxurious. The staff was welcoming but new server (not sure) in bar/restaurant. Not an abundance of food for breakfast but it tasted good. No pool. Definitely recommend for the ambiance.

The room was very nice. It was large and there was a lot of room. Our major complaint was with the bathroom. The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous and there was a lot of it. However, there was no enclosure for the shower. It made a mess. Water everywhere. There was no place to put your toiletries except above the toilet. They could've put like 3 different vanities in there for the customer but no. The water pressure in the sink was dismal. Difficult to shave. There was foam sealant coming out of the wall where the shower head came out. Just a very odd bathroom.

My only beef would be that we had reserved a king bed and when we got there, we had a double bed and a single bed. However, my husband and I compromised and it worked. Everything else was great.

My husband and I loved everything about Randles Hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and had huge windows looking out onto the town. The jaunting carriages came by every few minutes which made it feel like we were in another time era. It was close to the city centre and was the perfect starting point for the Ring of Kerry. The restaurant at the hotel had excellent food. The staff were very courteous. We stayed there 4 nights and got spoiled. We’ll definitely be back.

Delicious, extensive breakfast served in an elegant dining room. Very convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the National Park, but quiet and away from the bustle. It said 4 stars, but we think it deserves 5!
