Lovely place and lovely staff! The colombian girl in reception made everything so much easier. The room was super clean and really clean. The hotel it was super easy to find.
Our pillows were so bad, not comfortable at all. And light came in through the curtains all night long. A very bright light in the car park and, very early in the morning, sunlight. I think it would be a good idea to put up some blackout curtains so that no light comes in and we can sleep better.

Erst einmal vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter, sie sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett, das trifft auch auf das Personal im Pub zu. Danke Ava für die super Tips zu den Ausflügen. Das Hotel ist sauber, hat eine ansprechende Einrichtung und man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Ganz genial ist der wunderbare Pub direkt dabei. Eine so schöne Atmosphäre und richtig gute live music. Danke

I was in fact "upgraded" to the sister hotel (The Earls Court House) as I would otherwise have been on my own in the Whitegates. Breakfast was good.
I was disappointed that there was no restaurant as I did not want to go out for dinner - although I was given some helpful recommendations for restaurants in town. The WiFi was variable.
