La situación a 300m de la Stacione Centrale, enfrente de las paradas de bus para ir al puerto, Poro Venere, etc. La limpieza y el buen estado de todo, suficiente para 4 noches en La Spezia y el servicio y amabilidad de la propiedad siempre atento y respondiendo a mis preguntas, en la esquina de arriba está el Bar Nuovo que tienen de todo y es muy económico.
Estaba todo bien, por decir algo el wifi no era muy bueno o que la TV fuera smart TV.

La situation géographique.
Appartement sombre. Chaise bancale. Chauffage de salle de bain ne fonctionnant pas. Fenêtre de salle de bain impossible à fermer. Sacs poubelles dans le passage non ramassés pendant 5 jours.
