Good space with everything we needed in a location that worked for us (we walk everywhere) . Having facilities for coffee making and washing were a big advantage. The communication was quick and easy .

A longer better bed for tall men ! Air conditioning will benefit the property in the long run but there are plenty of fans .

Stay here if you want to go to cinque Terre/be close to the train but not good value for money

Location for train station + washing machine

No aircon when it says there is, beds were not comfortable, paying €10 for linen each, had issues with water heating, had to take rubbish 15 minutes away from accommodation at the end of the stay

Sometimes the train noise was loud - although not as bad at night as I thought it would be. We read poor reviews for safe car parking nearby so we left the car farther in town. There is closer parking.

Close to the trainstation. Clean apartment.

There is no opener for wine and wine glasses are missing (as people wrote before). The water in the shower is not constantly hot. TV and kettle etc. is old fashioned. There is a lot of noise in the area. If it would just be the trains it would be fine. But there is also renovations nearby, so it's very loud in the morning. You also hear the neighbour's very well.

Good centre hub for different locations for italy

Location was easy place to get to many of the central places like Pisa , Florence etc and La Speiza was a lovely town to eat out and go for late night walks. Was really easy to get into the apartment and made us feel welcomed .

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work , front doors catches the floor , there was another additional cost for cleaning /tax,

nice little apartment, with well equipped kitchen next to the train rails-good for those taking the train. washing machine useful. also close to supermarket and paid parking on the road

no air conditioning, only fans which were not adequate for the hot summer. old creaky bed. other than that, ok

Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare,, spazi ampi, posizione per visitare le 5 terre comodissima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Letto abbastanza comodo, doccia ampia con box doccia

Parcheggio solo a pagamento e quasi sempre pieno. La zona è ottima per visitare le 5 terre ma se si vogliono fare quattro passi la sera non è il massimo, non vicinissima dal centro.

Nähe Bahnhof, sehr schöne Wohnung

Tiziana ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, früher check in war möglich, da unser Zug bereits zu Mittag in La Spezia ankam. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Zugreisende ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und verfügt über alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder zu Tiziana.

Ottima soluzione per esplorare le Cinque Terre!

Ambiente accogliente, pulito e confortevole, a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. Una soluzione ideale per visitare le Cinque Terre. La signora Tiziana si è dimostrata disponibile e cordiale. Ci ritorneremo se capiterà l'occasione di essere da quelle parti. Consigliato!

Très bon séjour

La gentillesse et disponibilité des gardiens. Appartement grand avc tout le nécessaire. La proximité de la gare pr visiter les 5 terre,même si on entendait un peu les trains mais on s'habitue.

Manque juste la climatisation car il a fait très chaud.

Buen apartamento equipado

El apartamento es muy funcional. Tiene una cocina muy bien equipada y productos como sal/azúcar/aceite que solucionaron la preparación de comidas en la cocina. Todo muy limpio y claras las instrucciones de la casa. La anfitriona siempre respondió a tiempo a todas nuestras inquietudes y le solicitamos quedarnos una noche extra, que al no haber reservas, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

El alojamiento lo elegí porque fui en auto y decía que tenía parking y NO TIENE PARKING. Hay que pagar un ticket de 10 euros por el día para estacionar en las zonas azules y conseguir lugar a menos de 4 cuadras fue casi imposible.

Pasamos mucho frio por falta de calefaccion, no hay manenimiento.

El Segundo dia de estar allí no funcionava la calefacción, No sé preocuparon de hacer la revisión anual de la calefacción nunca, tal como nos dijo el tècnico. Estuvimos a final de diciembre y con temperatures muy bajas. El amfitrion nos ofreciō marcharnos, cosa que si se hubiera preocupado de un buen servicio no tendria porque haver passado jamas.
