Beautifully Remodeled Unit! | A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Club Corner Suite located on the 2nd floor on the Gulf of Mexico side of our property. Our two bedroom units sleep 6 guests max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. Tiled floors throughout the entire condo. The master bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower for convenience. The guest bedroom has 1 king size bed with a 50" flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a bath tub with shower doors for an easier access option. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The spacious living room is equipped with a 65" flat screen TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. Because of its central location, it is only a short walk to our white sandy beach and the tennis courts and pool. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
