About this apartment rental
******Fully New Renovated Condo.****** This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed in the guest bedroom with a 21" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

Our second stay at Palm Bay. This time we opted for a ground floor Club Interior apartment after last year staying on the 7th floor of the Tower. It was a good trade off. No view but access to the apartment was super easy, particularly with luggage and groceries. Short walk to the beach and the lovely warm waters of the Gulf! Staff very friendly and helpful and facilities were great. Looking forward to returning again next year.

El apartments Era comodo pero tenia algunos problemas El fregadero estaba tapado. Y la griferia de bano estaba oxidada y Las alfombras de LA cocina estaba muy sucias. Las instalaciones son Bonitas . Pero poca ayuda en espanol
