About this apartment rental
This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. New for 2024: Fridge, dishes, knives, and rug. There is beautiful professionally cleaned tile throughout the unit, with laminate flooring in the bedrooms, as well as new interior doors and hardware to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with one new queen size bed and one new full size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. There is a king sized bed in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress with a 55" flat screen Smart TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The lovely spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker plus a Keurig coffee machine . The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

We stayed at Palm Bay Club with our family for a spring break trip along with other students from our child's high school. The resort was very pleasant - amazing beach access and great pools and pickleball. The condo had everything we needed to comfortably fit our family of 6 for the week. Although we did not use it, the closets were stocked with beach equipment like an umbrella, etc. The resort provides free beach loungers and chairs on a first-come first-serve basis, as well as beach towels.These amenities were much appreciated since we flew to Sarasota rather than driving.

The staff was very welcoming and the grounds are very neat and clean. We had a great family vacation and the kids loved it! The beach chairs in the beach were great to have and the umbrella rentals were very convenient.
