About this apartment rental
This renovated second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 43" flat screen TV . The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops and the showers are equipped with grab bars for convenience. The spacious living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

This rental was one of the nicest places I have stayed in my many years of renting vacation properties. It was roomy, extrodinarily clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom towels, access to laundry, great location, wonderful staff and beautiful beaches. This property does back up to a neighbor with a pool so it could be a tad noisy with kids periodically but nothing too bad.

Overall Ok. Front desk not too friendly. Additional parking was not available, not granted fully understood if property would had been full not the case. Plenty of spaces available the could had been more polite, lees negative specially with a pregnant visitor
