2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.

The condo is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent: steps to the amazing beach and close to restaurants, shops and Publix. The staff are polite and helpful. Weenjoyed our five day stay!

This property, although it doesn’t have a beach view, is literally a 2 minute walk to the white sandy beach at Siesta Key. We had a great time exploring Sarasota. Pros 1) location. Close to everything. 2) reasonably quiet. Only time we heard neighbors was when they were dragging furniture or if they were loud in the hall. 3) very clean 4) loved tile throughout. 5) very easy checkin and out with super friendly front desk 6) they have a pool and 2 tennis hard courts 7) parking was easy to find Cons 1) AC puts out musty air, so entire condo smells. This is a common problem with older infrastructure in Florida. We fixed the problem by opening every window. There are a lot of windows and surprisingly every one opens. This solution worked in March as days and nights are fairly cool. Don’t think it would work during the summer months. 2) bed in master bedroom is not comfortable. I think they should invest in a better mattress especially when charging $400+ per night. 3) no sidewalks when walking to beach so you have to keep your eyes open to avoid getting run down as people fly in and out with their vehicles. It’s equally awkward driving in and out as people are walking in the street as there’s nowhere else to walk. Weighing out the pros and cons, I feel like it’s too much money charged for the experience. Musty air is a deal breaker for me. Next time I would look elsewhere.
