******Fully remodeled Condo pictures coming soon!!!***** This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with one king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV with HD, while the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV with HD. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with FIOS HDTV service for your enjoyment. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig. There is carpeting in the two bedrooms and the balance of the unit is tiled. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

Immaculate condition. Host is not the owner but manager of complex drip coffee maker only. Beautiful complex Large heated pool. 2 pickleball courts 1 tennis court 2 beach towels per bed provided. Gorgeous white sand beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Several different public shuttles made it easy to get to restaurants

The grounds of Palm Bay Club were very pretty, well maintained and right on the beach, which was nice. The condo itself, however, needed updating and TLC. They did send a maintenance person to fix a couple of things right away, which was appreciated. The beds, especially, need to be replaced as they were old and not very comfortable. Since we needed to spend a bit more time inside the condo due to the weather, the overall stay was okay, but not worth the money charged due to needed upgrades.
