About this apartment rental
******Fully remodeled Condo pictures coming soon!!!***** This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with one king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV with HD, while the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV with HD. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with FIOS HDTV service for your enjoyment. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig. There is carpeting in the two bedrooms and the balance of the unit is tiled. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

Staff really nice. Property and apartment very clean. Bed mattresses were extremely old leaving me with a back ache and I'm in good shape. Poor water pressure in kitchen sink, good in shower.

This is our third year staying at the Palm Bay club.We had some issues with this condo. 1) The slider wouldn't lock. After bringing this to the attention to the office it was quickly fixed. 2) If you want hot or even warm water to use in the kitchen this is not the condo for you. The only way to get hot water for washing dishes was to heat water in a pot on the stove. 3) The kitchen sink does not hold any water to wash dishes either. 4) Make sure to bring sealing containers if you have any food you don't want bugs in. We set a pack of doughnuts on the counter and within an hour it was infested with tiny bugs. Everything else was nice with the condo.
