About this apartment rental
This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has two size queen beds with a 50" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 grab bars and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination with one grab bar. The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen Smart TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room for more space and has sliding windows which allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.
Amenities at 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.

This unit was great for what we needed. With two small children, we had an extra large closet for the pack and play and two rooms to spread out. The unit is cute, clean, and perfect location on the property. I’d stay here again

This condo was great for what we needed, which was basically a place to sleep that was close to the beach. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised, but the middle units in these buildings are a bit dark, only having the windows on either end (one over the sink and the sliders at the other end of the living area). This particular unit has an enclosed balcony, which means there is no outside area to speak of. In our case, we were at the beach or with family lots of the time and just needed a spot to land each evening so it worked out fine.
