About this apartment rental
This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV while the guest bedroom has two double beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a roll-away bed in the closet. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and convection oven, has everything you need to cook; pots & pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and waffle iron. Log in to your Netflix account, browse the web, check your email or catch up on social networking on the 55" Hi-def Smart TV. The unit is carpeted in the living and bedrooms and tiled in the kitchen, entry and bathrooms. The screened in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.

This unit at Palm Bay Club was outstanding! It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is stunning and the pool on the gulf side is large and not overly crowded. I plan to stay here again.

Our apartment was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located between the beach and pool. The laundry facility was good. The area rug in living room was very dirty looking thoughOne suggestion for our particular apartment would be to obtain new cookware. The cookware was poor. The frying pan had a scratched surface and no lid. I would also like to see porta potties on the beach.

It was a perfect vacation for my entire family. Beautiful place. So convenient to the beach. The only complaint we have is the parking situation. We had family coming from different locations and only one parking pass would be issued. Offsite parking is completely unavailable. It was suggested that we park in the Publix parking Plaza, which was a good distance away. Made us very nervous. Concerned that our car would be towed. It seems some exceptions could be made for people who are traveling with a group from multiple locations. Definitely put a damper on our weekend vacation
