About this apartment rental
This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, the building has an elevator. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and there are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom with also a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master and guest bathrooms have walk-in showers and are both equipped with grab bars. For your entertainment, the living room is equipped with a large 60" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The modern, spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also extra living space because the patio has been incorporated into the living area furnished with a table and chairs.

The unit was very clean and spacious for our four person party. The pool was clean with lots of seating and shade. The beach is unbeatable. One special touch was there was a staff member at the beach in the morning who set up chairs for our use so no need to drag a chair down the beach if you get there early enough. The only issue we encountered was at the end of our stay. The elevator was not working so we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs to get our belongings loaded into our vehicle. The front office was not open when we were departing, so we were unable to call for assistance. Despite that, I would stay here again.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. I would visit again when coming to Siesta Key.

There isn’t much I can say, as I only spent one night at this property before transferring to another unit which was 179. The reason I transferred to another unit, was because it’s not a sleeper of 6 adults. In the future I will be sure to make sure there is a sleeper sofa if there are only 2 bedrooms, especially with full size beds opposed to queen. Having said that, the property is very nice. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked with dishes/utensils. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets, covers, pillows. Also, the bedroom furniture was nice, plenty of dresser drawers, vanity’s in the bathroom. The nice little extras that make a difference. Thermostat worked very well, no limits on the settings. All these things I really came to appreciate upon my transfer to unit 179!! That unit was terrible! I wish I could leave a review on it!! Because of my experience in 179, I will no longer be staying at Palm Bay Club for future vacations at Siesta key!
