This condo is a Club Suite Corner unit which offers a well, naturally lit, spacious 1,305 square feet and is situated on the 3rd floor. #175 comfortably sleeps a maximum of six to comply with Sarasota County Fire Code. | The Master Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV and is complete with a walk-in shower and is also equipped with a shower grab bar. | The Guest Bedroom is furnished with 1 King size bed with a 32" flat screen HD TV and has a shower/tub combo in its guest bathroom. | The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. | Both bathrooms were just newly remodeled with brand new granite counter tops! | The kitchen is also fully remodeled with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. This was our second stay at Palm Bay club but first time in this unit. It was spacious, clean, and we loved sitting out on the balcony. Love the beach chair amenity. Check in and check out was easy and smooth.
