About this apartment rental
This renovated third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two full sized beds with a large 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 38" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The lovely spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

We had a great trip! Condo was as listed. Location was perfect! Check in and Check out were seamless. Tons of amenities. We liked having someone to set up the beach chairs for us! Great trip overall!!

Very nice beach condo only steps from the ocean. The unit was a little dated but to be expected for a beach property unless you want to pay top dollar for a luxury condo. Stayed with my two older kids and the place was perfect for us, would stay here again.

Our condo was very clean and comfortable! Location was perfect, right on the beach. Facility is very maintained and organized. This was my 2nd time staying at The palmBay club and plan on coming back! The only feedback I have which isn’t meant to be negative is that the living room couch wasn't the most comfortable for laying around and watching tv in the evening, but some people may not need that!

We enjoyed our stay overall, mainly because the location is excellent. It’s literally about a 5-minute walk to the beach in Siesta Key, which was very convenient.That said, the condo itself feels extremely outdated, and it seems like very little has been modernized over the years. The bathrooms and toilets are noticeably old, the shower water pressure was on the weaker side, and the sliding balcony door appeared very old and was missing a proper lock. We actually had to call maintenance so they could place a rod in the track to prevent the door from being opened from the outside. The kitchen appliances and finishes are also all noticeably outdated.Another issue was the lack of blackout curtains. Every room only had sheer curtains, so the rooms became very bright early in the morning. Blackout curtains seem like a simple and inexpensive upgrade that would make a big difference for guests.On the positive side, the WiFi worked very well throughout the stay, and the refrigerator cooled exceptionally well.Overall, the location was the highlight of the property, but the condo itself could benefit significantly from some much-needed updates and basic improvements.
