About this apartment rental
******Fully New Renovated Condo. New photos coming soon.****** This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach and the tennis courts and pool. This corner unit is bright and cheery because it has an abundance of windows. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has carpeting in the bedrooms and living room area with tile in the common area. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

Good corner 1st floor location. Excellent for loading /unloading & parking the car. facility was very comfortable . Decorated nicely. It had everything we needed. Walk to beach was too far for us (70-80 yrs) but loved the pool. Able to park car near. Staff very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We love coming to Siesta Key and Palm Bay Club. This was our 7th year. All was good except this particular corner unit was not as comfortably furnished as some of our prior rentals and there were several maintenance items that had to be taken care of.

The maintenance crew were quite responsive when I called. The rental minimally needs to have kitchen, master bath, dining/living area updated with new carpet, upholstery, and appliances/faucets.
