Unit 139 - ALL NEW EVERYTHING, July 2025! Be one of the first to enjoy our Hurricane Helene makeover. What hasn't changed are the things you want most for an excellent beach vacation. This beautiful unit is Gulf-side, the closest Club unit to the beach, just steps to the sand with a roomy 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1300 square feet, ground floor, end unit. Centrally placed to all of our property's amenities. Completely rebuilt from the subfloor up: new “hardwood look” porcelain tile throughout, new furnishings, lighting, mattresses, cabinets, appliances and a brand new, full-size washer & dryer in the unit - a rare find in our complex. This unit is decorated with a light and airy, luscious beach-y vibe and has a generous open floor plan to spread out in as it is the largest of the Club condos. Start with our all new fully equipped Kitchen that has everything you need and is open to the living areas, and adjacent to our Dining Area that seats six. You then move over to the extra large Living Room with a comfy leather sectional that makes you “almost” want to stay in and watch your show on the 60” Smart TV. Being a corner unit it has three extra side windows that provide loads of natural light. /The Master Bedroom: is ready to pamper you with an elegant feel, an all new King Size bedroom suit, 46” Smart TV, and generously spaced with a walk-in closet that houses the large stackable washer & dryer. The fully remodeled en-suite bathroom has an oversized walk-in tiled shower and furnished hair dryer. /The Guest Bedroom: has a sleeping spot for everyone else. Again, all new mattresses, one free standing Queen Size bed and a separate Bunk Bed setup to maximize, with a Full Size bed over a Full Size upper and a Twin Trundle…just in case! This room has a 32” Smart TV for your guest's enjoyment. Just outside of the Guest Bedroom is the second bathroom, which too has been fully remodeled with a tile surround tub/shower combination and furnished hair dryer. Additional, is the cozy Lanai that runs across the back of the unit. This space is perfect for reading, relaxing and dining al fresco! This unit has it all for the discriminate traveler to the family who just needs a little bit more. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

I would rate all of the services as very good, especially the cleanliness and the apartment’s décor, both of which were impeccable. However, there are a few important details that I would like to highlight.First, the kitchen was not adequately equipped for cooking. While there were several pots and pans available, there was no electric cooking appliance or other basic cooking equipment that would have made meal preparation more convenient.Second, the mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable for all members of our family, which negatively affected the quality of our rest throughout our stay.Most importantly, due to the building’s construction, we were only able to sleep until approximately 7:00 a.m. each day during our vacation. The noise coming from the unit above was constant and exceptionally loud, to the point that it often sounded as though elephants were walking across the floor. It appeared that the ceiling lacks adequate soundproofing or noise insulation.During our stay, two different families occupied the unit above us, and the experience remained exactly the same. Therefore, I do not believe the issue was related to the occupants themselves, but rather to the building’s lack of effective sound insulation between floors. Overall, we enjoyed the property, but the excessive noise from the unit above greatly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, this would prevent us from returning or recommending the apartment. Thank you

The Palm Bay has been a summer must have for our family for many years. However, this past summer our stay was not as amazing as in past years. The unit w ewere in was a bit run down. There was a musty smell upon arrival. The complex in general did not look as well kept as in the past. I am happy that strict measures have been taken to keep people that are renting there out, but there were some loud people above us.
