Gorgeous room with a view

We had a fabulous room - very large sectioned into a sleeping area and a sitting area. Beautifully decorated, very clean and it had everything we could wish for. The view from the large balcony was amazing.

We had an amazing stay! There is so much to do in the area!

The suite was large and comfortable. Very clean. The view of the Alps was amazing! Breakfast buffet had many lovely choices.

The weather was warm so it was hard to cool the room ( no ac in many places in Germany). Perhaps a fan would have helped.

Fantastic rooms with wonderful vistas. Large, warm and comfortable with amazing bathrooms ( the shower is quite funky and doubles as a steam room ). The minibar was great value being marginally more than you would pay in a supermarket The breakfast was tasty and the coffee good

The property itself was fine however the roads leading up to it are very narrow and quite harrowing for those unused to driving in Europe ( little tip - there are almost no one way streets in Berchtesgaden, and there was almost no traffic around the hotel ). Also the internet was really intermittent and I’m not really if that was due to the mountains, weather or router

Amazing views and location in Bertchesgaden.

Big spacious room, very clean, incredible views from the balcony and great breakfast. The staff was very accommodating. We loved being able to walk to town, but not being right in the busy downtown.

The house is beautiful and the location is lovely. The breakfast was a bit weird - you had to point to what you wanted and the lady would serve you. I think maybe this was a Covid precaution but a bit odd as we didn't encounter that anywhere else in Germany or Austria.

Everything was nice but the parking is downhill and you have to carry your luggage upstairs so it will be hard for people with limited mobility

Perhaps it was our best holiday.

It was true value for money, best place to have a social medium or online streaming detox break. Just relax and enjoy the panoramic view, listen to the birds, see the mountains change colours, hear the rain on wooden roof and simple immerse yourself in the heavenly environment.

Nothing as such related to the property itself, but if you are travelling with heavy luggage then you should book a taxi from railway station to avoid uphill walk, and there is only one restaurant near the hotel which closes by 9pm, so plan accordingly.

Nie wieder die Alpenvilla -

das Zimmer sah auf dem Foto besser aus . In der Dusche oben hat sich Schimmel befunden. Die Zimmer haben teilweise einen schlechten Geruch gehabt. Die Matratze war viel zu weich. Es waren keine Bademäntel vorhanden , wie eigentlich angekündigt. Die Zimmer waren kalt - die Heizung nur lauwarm. Im Flur war ein übel riechender Geruch. Der Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls kalt. Auf den Hotelabbildungen war ein Kamin Zimmer mit dem Vermerk man könne sich dort gemütlich vor dem Kamin setzen. Leider war dieser schon längere Zeit nicht an und das sogenannte Kaminzimmer war vollgepackt mit diversen persönlichen Dingen , scheinbar von der Besitzerin , von Gemütlichkeit keine Spur. Auch unten der Empfang war kein Empfang sondern eher ein dunkler , unpersönlicher Raum. Die Sauberkeit unten war nicht wie von einem Hotel erwartet , sondern staubig - muffig. Wir hatten uns auf diesen Aufenthalt gefreut und haben eine Katastrophe vorgefunden. Nach dem Schrecken haben wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht und dieses war genauso wie beschrieben - sehr schön in allen Bereichen.

Wir sind nur 1 Nacht anstatt 3 geblieben und in ein anderes Hotel gezogen. Der Empfang der Gastgeberin am Abend zuvor war genauso eisig wie die Temperaturen draußen. Zur Begrüßung wurden wir erst vor der Eingangstür ermahnt das Auto dürfte dort nicht stehen bleiben und soll unten auf einen nicht fachgerechten Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Nach ungefähr 10 Minuten durften wir dann das Hotel betreten , der Eindruck war wie oben beschrieben , frostig und die weitere Ansprache der Gastgeberin ebenfalls.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und bemühte Personal.

Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Die Zufahrt war unbeleuchtet, was vor allem bei Dunkelheit sehr unangenehm war. Das Frühstück startet erst ab 8 Uhr, was für Geschäftsreisende etwas spät ist. Der Online-Check-in funktionierte zwar, aber der Parkplatz war eng und relativ weit entfernt. Trotz Buchung von zwei Zimmern wurde uns nur eines zur Verfügung gestellt!! Das Frühstücksangebot war eher überschaubar, zudem war es im Frühstücksraum im Keller sehr kalt.

Sehr schön und empfehlenswert

Es ist ein schönes Haus. Aufgrund der erhöhten Lage mit super Ausblick, angenehm ruhig und trotzdem gut mit dem Bus erreichbar (10 Gehminuten hoch oder runter - wir sind in den Bergen). Die Alpenvilla ist ortstypisch und mit Herz eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist ein Traum, die Größe der Unterkünfte ist super. Die Minibar ist mit akzeptablen Preisen gefüllt.

Beim Frühstück muss man sich etwas Zeit nehmen. Es wird zwar jeder Wunsch erfüllt, aber sehr entspannt. Kaffee, Tee und Frühstücksei werden individuell gereicht und da kann dann mal etwas Zeit ins Land gehen. Es ist auch etwas ungewöhnlich, dass das Zimmer sowohl während der Frühstückszeit kurz gerichtet wird und dann nochmal während der Abwesenheit / Ausflugszeit. Hier ist m.E. etwas zu viel Service und es fehlte damit das Gefühl, dass man auch mal was liegen lassen kann.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Nett eingerichtetes, sehr großes Apartment mit großem überdachtem Balkon und tollem Blick auf die Berge. Kühlschrank im Wohnzimmer. Wunderschönes großes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Die Unterkunft ist absolut ruhig gelegen, etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns. Dieser ist aber sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen, u.a. über den in der Nähe gelegenen Soleleitungssteg mit herrlichen Blicken auf Berchtesgaden. Tolles Frühstück und sympathische Hotelleitung! In der Nähe viele Restaurants.

Die Alpenvilla hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Unterkunft und der Service waren sehr gut. Bei Fragen stand die Wirtin mit Rat zur Verfügung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Eine ruhige Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht.

Die Alpenvilla ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Die großen Zimmer und das Bad bieten eine komfortable Ausstattung und von unserem Balkon und aus den Fenstern hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht. Der Weg nach Berchtesgaden ist auch nicht weit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Rühreier werden liebevoll zubereitet und es gibt einen leckeren frischen Obstsalat. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Smuk natur, luksus værelse, god parkering, tæt på byen Berchtesgaden

Et kæmpestort smukt værelse med eget køleskab. Alt virkede forholdsvis nyt. God seng, tv-stue og stort badeværelse med stort bruserum og spabadekar. Fra den store terrasse/balkon var der direkte udsigt til Alperne og bjerget Watzmann. Ægteparret der driver hotellet var meget søde og imødekommende.

Eine zauberhafte, gastfreundliche Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Watzmann

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in der Alpenvilla verbracht und es war einfach wunderbar! Die Comfort Suite ist ein Traum, super gemütlich, sehr sauber und sehr geräumig, ein riesiger überdachter Balkon mit traumhaften Blick auf die Berchtesgadener Alpen und den Watzmann! Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse, sie liegt absolut ruhig am Hang und nur ca. 10 Minuten Spaziergang in den Ort. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und mit Liebe gemacht und die nette Hauswirtin hat uns klasse Tipps für Touren und Ausflüge in der Gegend gegeben. Der Service ist absolut perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Unterkunft mit netten Gastgebern.

Unser Zimmer war schön und vor Allem, sehr groß (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, begehbarer Kleiderschrank und Badezimmer). Vom Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, konnte man direkt auf den riesigen Balkon gehen (Blick auf die Berge). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Frühstück war sehr gut. Ruhige Lage, ca. 1,2 km von der historischen Altstadt entfernt.

Kleines gemütliches Hotel, wo an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden sollte.

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Das Apartment war groß und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zum Frühstück gab es immer frische Eierspeisen auf Wunsch. Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment war großartig.

Leider war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht so gut. Unter dem Sofa lag noch Knabberkram von vorherigen Besuchen. In der Dusche war viel Schimmel in den Fugen und der Duschkopf war komplett verkalkt, sodass das Wasser von oben darüber lief und sich zu einem harten Strahl bündelte. Ebenso war sehr viel Staub überall. Die Grünanlage draußen war auch nicht gepflegt.

Wunderbar

Wir haben ein wundervolles Wochende in der Alpenvilla verbringen dürfen. Das Zimmer war tip top sauber und dazu ein richtig edles,- modernes Badezimmer, mit allem was man sich daheim so wünscht ( Dampfdusche, Wanne mit Düsen ).. Betten fand ich prima und hab trotz ruinierter Bandscheiben durchgeschlafen ( Matratze mittelhart aber nicht zu weich ). Balkon mit fantastischem Ausblick und das Nachbarzimmer hatte vermutlich direkten Blick auf den Watzmann; wir durften dafür auf den Göll und Kehlstein(haus) blicken . Der Kaffee war auch richtig gut und Frühstück mehr als ausreichend - hier eher klein und fein als Masse - . In allem, fühl ich mich wieder einmal in einem kleinen liebevoll geführten " Garni - Hotel ", deutlich besser aufgehoben als in einer sterilen Großkette ( die haben keine goldigen senior Rauhaardackel )
