Stayed three nights. Great location to walk to the Berchtesdgaden HBF station and get around the area. Clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and relaxed overall. Restaurant was very good as well

Nice hotel, excellent staff, and nice continental breakfast. Did not have air condition or washer/dryer as advertised in Expedia. Did not know adult only meant clothing optional in pool/sauna and had a 14/17 year old booked with us prior to adult only. Would have appreciated knowing this.

We only stayed one night while coming back from a longer trip, but I'm glad we picked this place. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sauna and pool area was superb. We ate breakfast and dinner there, and both were great. I also loved how pet-friendly they were, and how convenient the location was to the Eagle's Nest. I also appreciated the city discount card they provided.

It's a nice and comfortable hotel, locate at a convenient location (very close to the bus stop and information center). The only thing that made us feel confused and a little bit disappointing was we booked the room at Hotels.com, but we got a lower-grade room. But the staff provided us free dinner to compensate for the price difference. Overall the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, it's a not bad choice when you travel to Berchtesgaden.

The view was great and the facilities were good. It is also close to the station, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly. When I visit Berchtesgaden, I am willing to return to this hotel. At breakfast, however, each room is assigned a designated table, and I find that only Asians are assigned to the outside table. Is it a coincidence? I didn't feel good.

The hotel provides exceptional customer service, breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and location is ideal. Excellent pool and outdoor seating areas. Our balcony had a bright light directed at it, so it was difficult to enjoy the views and cool weather at dawn. There are hotels in the area that may provide better views but this hotel provides a lot of extras (pool, massages, parking, breakfast, great customer service) that are hard to beat. Nearby Italian restaurant with great food... worth the wait! I will definitely book again due to its value.

Easy walking distance from the train station with a small carry on roller bag. Very nice and helpful staff. They quickly provided hot water when requested for tea and held our bags after checking out. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice. Pool was warm and comfortable. Hotel provided a card to cover local bus transportation.

It was a great hotel in the area! The pool area is nice and is walking distance to everything within the city! The only downside to the hotel is depending on the time of year there is no air conditioning. We went in the summer and it was a little hot. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Alphenhotel Fischer. The staff was friendly and very helpful guiding us to nearby tourist sites and printing tickets we needed during our next stay in Vienna. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and scenic and the breakfasts and dinner we had in the restaurant were all excellent. We only wished we could have stayed longer and will if we have the opportunity to return to Berchestgaden again.

The food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast. The room was very comfortable. The only negative, was the pillow wasnt comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke English. The area was beautiful mountain landscapes, and we had wonderful, sunny and warm days.

The booking said that the room had mountain views from the apartment. We found that the room actually had an apartment complex so the mountains were barely visible. Expedia should really consider changing the description as we were stuck there for 2 nights. We tried to get a different room but the hotel was fully booked. This was room/apt 103. We extended our stay and were able to get room 302 for a night. The view from there was gorgeous. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the dinner was great as well. The staff was courteous and polite.

Overall we enjoyed one overnight in this hotel. The cleanliness was simply unbelievable - every corner of this hotel is incredibly clean. The breakfast was good. The one negative would have to be the front desk staff on check in who were very abrupt bordering on rude. Ironically the hotel must have a policy that all guests are brought to their room by the front desk staff which normally is a nice gesture but because they were so unfriendly was just awkward. This was in contrast to the owner who checked us out and was very friendly.

Staff is wonderful. Restaurant offered a good variety of foods for both breakfast and dinner and the meals were excellent! Wait staff was extremely helpful, as was the lovely lady at the front desk. The room was quite nice and larger than expected.
