nettes Hotel aber schlechte Erfahrung mit der Schlüsselkarte

in 7 Minuten war man in der City mit schönen Restaurants und toller Atmosphäre

Meine Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht mehr, als ich spät zurück zum Hotel kam. Zufällig kam mit mir ein anderer Gast und hat mich reingelassen, aber ins Zimmer gelangte ich nicht mehr. Die angeblich 24 Std. besetzte Telefonnummer hatte nur einen AB und das war sehr verwirrend. Nach 5 Anrufen und immer noch keiner menschlichen Stimme hatte ich schon begonnen, es mir auf dem Sessel der Rezeption zum schlafen bequem zu machen, als dann doch jemand vorbei kam und mir die Schlüsselkarte neu auflud. Das war ein stressiger Abend, da ich sehr früh aufstehen musste und ins Bett wollte.....

Le personnel est gentil L’emplacement était idéal pour moi avec un parking (payant) mais attention petit , difficile de manœuvrer. Chambre propre draps et serviettes ok

Salle de bain qui présente des moisissures et wc pas très propre Énormément de bruit, on entend quand quelqu’un tire la chasse des wc ou tire de l’eau. Pas ou peu d’eau chaude pour prendre la douche. Il ne faisait pas chaud, déclenchement du chauffage/ Clim vers 6h avec un bruit d’enfer, je ne savais pas ce qui se passait. Code de la porte d’entrée très difficile, j’ai été obligé de le faire 5-6 fois avant que cela fonctionne. Je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuner

Agreable, bien placé et confortable

Chambre seule confortable et agréable. Petit dejeuner standard et bon. J'ai apprécié pouvoir réserver une place de parking.

Il nous a fallu essayer une quinzaine de fois le code donné pour entrer dans l'hôtel et 4 personnes différentes pour arriver à le faire valider. Peut etre verifier s'il n y a pas un souci au niveau des boutons.

Une nuit sans sommeil...

Bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement intéressant et parking privé disponible. Le personnel est avenant et fait ce qu'il peut... Accueil d'un chien très apprécié.

La chambre située au dernier étage, soit disant sur-classée, fait l'objet d'un environnement sonore insupportable, apparemment du à la présence d'un groupe d'extraction d'air à proximité (?). Nous avons demandé une couverture supplémentaire qui n'existait pas dans l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner du matin sans café : la machine était en panne !

Très bonne expérience correspondant à nos attentes.

L'accessibilité et surtout la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel, nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et nous avons eu accès à toutes les informations nécessaires malgré tout. Sourire et douceur également en repartant! Le rapport qualité prix. Le calme.

L'ambiance un peu délinquante autour (nous sommes arrivés un Samedi tard dans la nuit). Et la moquette bien défraichie, à refaire si possible!

Le lit était avec une ccoettes complètement pourri et déchiré de partout jusqu a l os et qui ne save pas faire la différence avec l été et hiver très froid la première nuit mais grasse a la couverture que j' ai pus dormir bien la deuxième nuit . La
