Luckily we stayed only one night.

Good location

Surely not a 4star hotel. No towels in the room on arrival. Could not call the reception, telephone out of use. Most importantly the heating is extremely noisy, I had to switch it off to be able to sleep, but then being in January, it became cold.

Great Hotel and great staff

The front desk staff on all shifts were very helpful and knowledgeable, I only had to deal with three of them, I can't remember their names but the one with the man bun was awesome, the best, brought me a small pitcher of coffee when when I said my coffee maker wasn't working. Also the young kid with the glasses that checked me in and the other that speaks English with barely a french accent were awesome as well. I know I will be coming back in August, hopefully it will not be so hot lol.

Wasn't downtown or near place de Jaude but oh well, I got my steps in at least and it is a pleasant walk.

No parking. Poor air conditioning in room - noisy and ineffective. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast staff started clearing our table before we had finished.

The staff was always great, always willing to answer questions or help. Checkin and checkout was fast. Public areas was clean. Love the idea of the refreshing drink at the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Few things to choose from. Time set for it was ok. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance from different restaurants, mall and attractions in the center of the city.

Did find tissue left in the room on the floor between the head board and the bed. Housekeeping should just go back look at the room before checkin. Pictures of the room was accurate, for me I miss judge the size of the room. (It is Europe a bit smaller.) Did not have complete american breakfast? Was looking for pancakes and waffles not only crepe. Would have been great to have a menu in the room of what the buffet consisted of daily. Plates at buffet was small. At the ending of our stay during breakfast a company was busy removing the floors of a section of the restaurant. Assuming for renovating that section for the new season. This could have started late afternoon or evening not during breakfast time. While myself and other persons was eating. I was upset, choose not to complain. Did not like the idea of payment increasing or decreasing daily depending on occupancy during my stay. After checking my bill before payment.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, but the air conditioning wasn’t good, the bed was small and we booked it because the weather was hot and it had aircon. The breakfast was ok because we didn’t pay for it due to my booking .com genius level, overall, it was ok for 1 night, but we wouldn’t return.

Reception wanted to charge for breakfast which was included. I had to show my reservation. The air-conditioning did not work on a hot day and night. I had a poor nights sleep.

Breakfast was good. Service was good. Staff friendly. Comfortable bed. Fresh clean bedding.

Scruffy office chair in the room with torn edges, stains on carpet, toilet needed a good clean to remove stains at waterline, grubby window sills. No information in the room. Only one teabag, no milk. 4th floor a long way down to keep having to ask for supplies. Payment for parking unexpected.

there was no longer a car park we had to drive round the streets looking for a space in the street. We had to try 3 rooms before we found a room with a safe that worked. the hotel took 100 euros out of our account and it hasn’t yet been returned

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room had been recently remodeled.

The AC did not work as it should. It just blew warm air. NO parking available nearby and difficult loading and unloading baggage in front of hotel.

Great place for overnight stop through France.

We had an early start- before 6.00am but they were happy for us to have breakfast even though the breakfast room was not officially open. The staff are always great. They have changed their parking system and you can now reserve a space ahead of your arrival and this is a great improvement for us.

I would normally give a top rating for comfort here but this time we had a corner room (no 219) which was a bit shabby and small,for example the headboard was ripped in several places.

Room was good clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and made a good start to the day.

There was no bar staff in the evening at the weekend which was disappointing after a long day out.
