Easy, affordable and comfortable enough.

The room contained everything I needed (I didn’t expect to have a full fridge/freezer, stove top and microwave!) and the room was surprisingly spacious.

There was only one medium size towel and a floor towel. They don’t change towels every day (but maybe that’s for ecological reasons.)

The Location was good, the accesses not very clear but with a call to the Hotel we manage to arrive. Staff were very nice and kind, always helpful. Could improve a little the cleaning and comfort

The location is very good. The room was good as well with good bathroom.

The staffs were not friendly. We had stayed there for 5 nights. Despite this fact, they did not allow us to stay for 1-2 extra hours after the actual check-out time. Room cleaning service costs extra charge. Moreover, the staffs were very unfriendly while seeking help with the laundry service using. It is very unusual to see 5 pm as the check-in time while just 10 AM as the check-out time. After checking out, we can wait at the reception desk for additional 1-2 hours, but we are not allowed to go to the bathroom at that time.

Nice room, comfy beds, good proximity to town centre, helpful staff. Quiet once inside the room.

Hotel is on a bit of a shady street, on arrival there were lots of drunk people hanging around, dogs fighting and lots of shouting ( couldn't hear this once in tbe room).

The location is perfect - above the supermarket and 2 minutes walking from a large square. A fridge and cooking is available, and the room is spacious. The lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodating!

Not a great stay at all

Location handy for the cathedral and square, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The shower curtain was way too short to allow us to use the shower - the water sprayed out all over the bathroom floor in an instant - totally impractical. The room was advertised as having kitchen facilities but there were scant utensils with which to cook. There were old cigarette ends that had not been cleaned up and generally the room was in disrepair (the heater, though not being used, was hanging off the wall) and it didn't feel clean, though the bedsheets and towels were clean. Unfortunately we were at the back onto the courtyard which was being used as a communal facility by long staying families, therefore it was very noisy into the early hours of the morning as they were having parties and gatherings. We don't feel it is a good idea to mix long staying families living their lives with people travelling and wanting a quiet nights sleep. The neighbours blind obviously didn't work as they were banging it up and down all night trying to shut it to keep out the light. Not the best night we have ever spent in a hotel.
