Disappointing, May wish to avoid if travelling by car, until hotel provides directions

Beautiful, clean modern hotel. Secure Parking.

No mention beforehand of all the roadworks that made it very difficult to get to hotel then spot the entrance to the carpark. On checking reviews, others have mentioned this, and the hotel had said they would address. On arrival, charged 450€ deposit despite prepaying for room. On departure hotel tried to charge me again for room..took some checking for them to acknowledge they had already been paid. Receptionist had no idea how to find way from car park to get to a main road (you have to drive over 100 metres of gravel/dug up road.

The exit route from the car park is dug up. We weren’t warned, and the deviation is all stones and the exit puts you on a pavement/cycle route/ bus route with no signposting.

Property includes bedrooms. 4star? No way. Should be a 3 star max. No storage, no safe, no privacy curtain even tho face close opposite are private apartments and the next bedroom. overpriced, staff unhelpful except 1. She worked behind the bar the night we were there.

More expensive than we'd thought - think we'd assumed breakfast and/or parking were included in the booking.com price. Worth double checking.

Great for 1 night stay or if you are not spending to much time in the room.

Location is great! Hotel has a complimentary underground parking. The toilet in room is separated from bathroom.

Rooms are super small. Elevators too.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city

Excellent location for the city centre, parking on site, friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern, very comfortable, quiet and spacious. There were bathrobes, slippers and a good choice of toiletries. Coffee maker was excellent.

Great Central location

The quietness of the rooms was great. The breakfast was brilliant and full of variety. Staff pleasant. Hotel centrally located very close to the large shopping Square and many restaurants and bars. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Slippers and bathrobe provided for the spa. Don't forget to ask reception to turn on the hamman as otherwise it's off. It takes about 15 mins to heat up.

The beds were a bit hard for our taste. The bar has set opening times, so if you arrive mid afternoon, it's closed, and you have to stay thirsty until it opens at 6 pm. Only one key card given to us. This meant we had to go everywhere together as a keycard is needed for electric in room, spa entry, and to operate the lift. So if one of us wanted to use the spa, the other either had to come or stay in the room with no electric (!)

Fine for a night - Not a UK 4 star in my Opinion

A fair standard, relatively clean, average standard, politeness of staff was OK but had night manager so may be better in day. Air conditioning and the ability to open the window fully was good . Nice hard word flooring rather than carpets. Interesting shaped room. Rituals toiletries.

Not a UK 4 star more like a UK 3 star. No room service, restaurant not open till sometime in June 2022. Parking you have to pay for. Took my 45kg dog who is a gentle giant, questioned me as to whether he will be ok in the hotel i.e not dangerous. A lot of size judgement of my dog throughout the European vacation tbh. Only aggressive barking dogs we encountered were small, poorly socialised dogs. Large dog owners will understand.
