Ok for a short stay but I would not wish to be there long. Good value for money, though.

excellent breakfasts. Location of hotel.

The receptionist was not very welcoming. The shelf with the kitchen utensils was too high - I needed assistance to get the kettle. The plug in the bathroom basin was broken and had to be manually operated - not very hygienic

Nice weekend stay at Clermont-Ferrand

The studio was spacey for one person, the two receptionists very helpful and friendly, and everything was clean when I arrived. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, from where you can easily access main points of interest, or routes there. Nothing too fancy and the price a bit high but had everything I needed for my weekend stay!

Elevator stopped working for two days, kitchen a bit cramped and no room to store food other than the clothes closet.

It is near from the city center and it´s a quite place.

The room is very small, dirty rug, old furniture. The worst part is that they change the door code and nobody sent me the new code and I couldn´t come into the hotel at 1:00 am in the morning. Booking is terrible. I always have problems with them.

Of 3 rooms booked, the keys of the third were not functionning and no solution given by the personnel. had to sleep in my car but well debited upfront. The 2 others were dirty, vetusts and without any trust in the conditions of the beds. parking not suited for a comfortable car. TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY !!!!

Big enough for two, room facilities were good ie microwave, fridge etc. Parking was secure and at the hotel.

receptionist wasn't welcoming. Had to pay extra for parking, under the impression it was included but wasn't in a position to argue (tired and couldn't be bothered). The room was "tired" but OK for a couple of days, didn't look much like the photos to be fair!

nice staff, good location, close to city center, supermarket 5 minutes walking ; looks a safe zone; the hotel has a parking ( not free) with limited places but there are enough disponible paid (9-19h) parking places in the street

‘80s, old style but comfortably clean; the main room door needs to be fixed ( difficult to open ) ; discrete smell in the room but no mold

I make sure that I will not ever stay there.

Location was only value that I liked. Five minute walk to all important locations in the center.

Room were not clean and basic room service was not offered. Staff was resolute and not co-operative to find solutions. Internet went down for almost whole staying time and no alternative was offered. Breakfast was something that can not be called even breakfast.

Petit studio bien équipé en cuisine et baignoire que j'ai utilisé en douche.

Code parking mis dans la chambre après m'être difficilement garée et après avoir mis code entrée + coffre-fort ! Alors que autres codes envoyés par SMS! J'ai dû réclamer ce code plusieurs fois trouvant logique de l'avoir de suite. Arrivée après heures d'accueil. Heureusement, quelqu'un m'a expliqué le principe des clés dans le coffre-fort. Code sans explication.

Malgré la vétusté de l’appartement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L’appart hôtel est très bien situé. Un arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l’établissement et le tram est à 15 minutes à pied. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le centre ville est 1 arrêt de tram

La fenêtre était très mal isolée. On sentait de l’air froid qui passait de la fenêtre. Le chauffage était soit trop fort soit pas assez. La moquette assez sale. La bouilloire ne marchait pas

Une adresse que je conserve pour une autre fois!

Le confort de l'appart et de la localisation.

Du bruit un peu long (des coups de pieds) à l'étage du dessus. J'ai failli le signaler au bout d'un moment puis ça a fini par s'arrêter, et ce n'était pas en pleine nuit non plus. Dommage de ne pas avoir de meilleure possibilité pour se garer à proximité.

Bon emplacement proche de l'hyper centre et bon rapport qualité prix. L'ensemble aurait peut-être besoin d'être rafraîchi mais franchement tout y est , c'est propre. Arrivée tardive simple.

Seul bémol le parking très serré. Mais on est prévenus donc c'est ok.
